Absolutely love San Pancho Marino and the owner, Rolando! We had dinner here twice in a week and drinks nightly. The food is so fresh and fish caught daily.
Best part .. spent a day fishing with Rolando where he then cooked the fish for us at the restaurant for dinner. Highlight .. humpback whales in the distance! Very much recommend both the restaurant and the day trip fishing or whale watching!

French owner who lives life to its fullest. Loves speaking French with customers, many of whom are French Canadiens. Greets customers at menu board to engage with them and answer questions. If you’re lucky, he will ask you to go fishing! It costs $2000 Mex pesos (per person) but you will get a free dinner at his restaurant on the evening of your fishing trip (alcohol not included). You’ll never look at a restaurant the same way ever again!

We came here because the average rating was 4.6. It didn’t come anywhere close to that. The shrimp in the shrimp fajitas was fresh, but everything else – the margarita, the chips, the salsa, the beans, the guac – had no flavor at all. Made for tourists with bland tastes, I guess. The owner came out to ask how things were, and we couldn’t lie. He brought us mini-cocktails as a gesture if good will, which was nice, but it didn’t make up for our disappointment. Way too expensive for what you get.

Amazing discovery in San Pancho ! We met Roland the owner on the second time we went diner at his restaurant and he invited us to go fishing on his boat. We saw whales and swam with dolphins.
For dinner he invited us to eat the fish we catched earlier for free.

Certainly our favorite fish restaurant in San Pancho. My partner and I had dinner there a couple of times and connected with the restaurant owner who then brought us on a boat trip. We had a blast watching whales and dolphins, and he then treated us with a delicious meal with the fish he caught.
Amazing experience, very friendly owner and staff, highly recommend this place if you are looking for delicious fresh fish.

We were recently in San Pancho and had the great opportunity to eat here a few times. Food, service and ambiance is fantastic. Fish tacos are a great casual meal. Ceviche is some of the best I have had! Cesar salad is fresh and the Red Snapper was cooked to perfection. Margaritas were also perfect. To end the evening hit up the ice cream shop right next door owned by the same fellow all flavours are amazing but the hazelnut and coconut were top of my list!

Excellent service! Coco shrimp, fish tacos , dos margaritas and they brought us salsa & chips as well as a mini tequila sunrise shot each! All wonderful but the sauce the shrimp came with and the fish tacos stole the show hands down.

I was walking by and saw a number of tables full so me and my travel partners sat down to eat. We were quite pleased with the choice we made. We ordered the fajitas, the chicken walk, and the fish tacos. All of them were delicious but the biggest hit was the fish tacos and we ordered extra. Swing by and say hello to Rolando and his wonderful team. The staff did a good job and I certainly recommend eating here.

Wonderful experience with Roland, the owner of Marino Restaurant in San Pancho! After enjoying two delicious fish dinners at his restaurant, and casually dropping bits of Red Snapper to the sweetest cat he rescued from two toothy dogs, he invited us to join him and his friends for a day of whale watching and fishing on the Pacific. It was such an unexpected adventure, beautiful views of the ocean, amazing cevice made by Roland on the boat, and the kind of spontaneity that turns a great trip into an extraordinary one. Highly recommend visiting Marino! In the photos Roland at the helm, whale watching and the rescued cat’s friend, didn’t have a chance to photograph the Red Snapper snatcher
