I LOVE Martinez!!! The margaritas are simply amazing and the food is delicious. The staff is superb and I always feel like family when I go in. This is my go-to place here in Alvin for Mexican food. Oh and their crawfish is delicious!!!! I recommend this place! I have been coming her for years and I will continue to support our small businesses here in Alvin.

We visited this Mexican restaurant for the first time with our family, but unfortunately, another Mexican restaurant in Alvin didn’t meet our expectations. Today, on a Sunday (National Margarita Day), only two servers and likely one cook were working, which resulted in an incredibly long wait for our food.
The taller Hispanic kid with glasses and the white girl server were clearly overworked. The restaurant was about half-filled with mostly families, but they couldn’t seem to get their food served in a reasonable time.
On the positive side, the cooks were great at adding flavor to the dishes. However, the servers lacked the experience or care to ensure that our food arrived promptly.
Overall, the food was good, the music was great, and the ambiance was balanced with TVs and traditional Mexican decor. But the owners need to stop neglecting these young servers and bring in another person. This is the first time we’ve dined in, but this restaurant has consistently disappointed us on our second or third visits.

Great place to eat and have a margarita or any other beverage. They had a few karaoke singers on a Saturday night when I was there and it was entertaining. Oh, and their salsa is fantastic, and I took a big 12 oz cup of it home to have some extra for at home. Secluded location, but great atmosphere and staff.

A regular haunt after golf ⛳ for the past couple of years. Never disappointed. Good food, good booze, homemade flour tortillas, green and red salsa that have a serious kick. That’s coming from a Cajun. I finally got the chance to try the Menudo, today. I picked up the bowl to drain the last few drops. I looked like a pig, but didn’t care. Delicious! Everyone is so friendly, too.

When i first walked in, I saw one well lighted establishment. It was very clean and well organized. The place is very comfortable, and excellent for dining alone or in numbers. Their prices are fair and the food is fantastic. This is now one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants.
