Worth it for a quick bite of Authentic Mexican food. Tried tacos and they were great for only $2. The service was fast of course and there was plenty of seating and parking. Great location for those individuals on the South Side needing good, quality food. This area of SE14th doesn’t have any food options for two miles, so this is a great go to.

I love the tacos at this place. They make 3 different kinds of sauce, and I love them all. The lady that runs the place is always very nice. I don’t think that her English is real good, and that’s ok. I love real Mexican food, and this place serves some of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten.
They do have roasted jalapeno peppers if you ask. I imagine that most gringos won’t eat them because they are afraid of a little heat, but I love them with my tacos.
Give this place a try.
They also have a good assortment of Jarritos soft drinks. I love the Jarritos Mandarin orange soda. It is the best orange soda on the market.
