This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Only 2 people working. The lady taking drive thru orders was excessively rude and very unkempt looking. Hair all down and everywhere. This is definitely the crappiest sad looking Philly sandwich I’ve ever been served!! Will never be back to this place.

I didn’t get service. Myself and another gentleman walked in at the same time, there was a chair propping open the door. The drive thru had a black pickup truck with no one in it blocking the drive thru. So the gentleman that I followed in got in line to order. There was one guy working behind the counter, one employee outside and one work in the back. Inside the store there was a man just sitting at an empty table with no food and a patron getting a carryout order that the guy behind the counter was making. The employee from outside came in and told us, it was going to be a while because the had carryout orders. But still did not wait on us. The man in front me walked out. I waited longer and still no one waited on me let alone look up from behind the counter….what kind of employees do ya’ll hire? No customer service, no nothing. You couldn’t pay me to go back into that store….nope…

Someone please explain why a $10 wrap looks like this… this subway is consistently terrible. The attitudes beginning with the owner to the employees is very unfortunate and unpleasant for guests. I can’t see how there are good reviews unless they are visitors to the area and miraculously ended up on a “good day” for this place. Some of the 5 star reviews mention specific employee names which makes me ponder on the thought that the employees of that store are leaving the reviews to help their rating. Especially considering that the negative reviews do not mention names.

This was a horrible salad. It tasted it more like an onion salad. There were no tomatoes and on the receipt they claim that they put six slices of tomato and then they had that they put eight slices of cheese and it was really little two little slices provolone cheese The bowl was so little Eight slices of cheese wouldn’t even fit in that bowl

This subway has the rudest employees. Tonight I was rushed and she slopped together my sandwich and wrapped it uncut.
We also placed an online order to be picked up and the flatbread was not toasted like specified and the great garlic was a great disappointment(all bread).
This is a common experience for us at this subway, but tonight we were not able to drive to the nice subway. Totally regret it.

We live right down the road and come often and had the rudest employee help us today. I didn’t catch her name but I asked to order a pepperoni and ham on Italian bread. She cut me off and said we don’t have anything like that here. Which is wild because I order it every time – I don’t know many people that order an exact sandwich off of the menu without customizing. I get halfway done and realizing I want to add to my order , and since there were no other customers I asked if I could add a pizza to my order. She snapped at me and said “I thought you didn’t want anything else”. To which I replied nevermind that’s okay. And then she continued to be rude and say that I didn’t have a sense of humor. Just very rude , and belittling. Makes me not want to return. I don’t usually do reviews of fast food places but had to for this one. The sandwich was burnt on the bread and the pizza was under cooked.

Customer service could be better at this location. The greeting was not given. The person behind me must be a regular because they was greeted and with a smile and asked what would they like today. Before I did this review. I wanted to be for sure I wasn’t maybe over exaggerating about how I was being treated as a customer. I let her take the person behind me and I ordered after them. Sure enough I experienced the snobby quick little attitude again. Then to come home and unwrap my sub to hard bread and the cookies was not fresh very hard and considering this location just open at 9 a.m. To the lady that was working. Treat “All” customers with respect especially when they are giving you respect. Myself as well as others like to spend money where we are appreciated and greeted with kindness. I understand some days may not be good but when you step foot into your choice of workplace. Customer service and the quality of your food should be top priority to your customers and I took you to be the manager which makes it even worse. I’ve only visit this location twice. There will definitely not be a third time.

Got 3 wraps from this place and they were supposed to chicken and cheese and pepperoni and cheese. No they put chicken cheese and pepperoni they were cold to the touch their supposed to be hot. Very dissatisfied also the cookies we got was at least 3 days or more old. They were not fresh like they advertised. You can tell they were old by the color of the cookies. People that work here are very rude. And need more help. The store when I walked in had about 8 people standing in line. And the employees were moving slow as a snail. I waited 25 minutes to order. And then get cold food and stale old cookies. What a waste of time and my money. Subway should be ashamed of th we ir self.
