Food is good i go there every now and then. But today was horrible. I got in, a lady asks if I want rice or chow main, I didnt hear her so I had asked what she had said, she started getting an attitude with me and posting her cool every 2 seconds. We move on to the meat. What 2 meat sides? I again didnt hear her and had asked if she could repeat herself. She then gets a tone and says “WHAT MEAT” i freak out im like oh! Uh, just the orange chicken, and i decided not to order anything else and tell her thats gonna be all. As im paying for my food she starts to get another attitude with one of her coworkers. He was sweeping the floor and looked as if he was going to the back for smt and she tells him “when you get done sweeping put it back over there” again harsh attitude. Not “hey, when your done could you place it back where you had grabbed it from?” And even then. He knows where to put it. He grabbed it. He knows how to do his job ive seen that man many times. If shes having a bad day she does not need to be disrespectful to customers or her employees. I work at a fast food chain next door. Its not that hard to be nice and show respect even when your having a bad day. And if its to hard go home. I tried calling to address the matter on phone many times but no answer so they get 1 start and a bad review. Many of the people there are very sweet and kind but this one woman threw me completely off. The vibe I got was horrible. Im most likely never showing up again and going to a new panda. Please answer your phone.

The bejing beef was fresh and on point! Management team was absolutely supportive of staff and helpful. Everyone was friendly. Over heard MGMT staff telling an employee he was proud of them for remembering a customer order… Can’t beat that! Thank you for a great lunch on the run!

I have 25 years in the restaurant industry, and this would not fly under my management. I’ll add the key words to get corporates attention. (Food poisoning, gross, sick, nasty, raw, undercooked, rude)
It is currently 8:25 pm on January 30, 2025. The store is dead and the employees are joking around and having a good time. I actually like the positivity; it’s nice to see happy employees. However, it is 35 minutes before closing and the MOD refused to make more of the entree I ordered.
Crystal (the MOD) said they do not make more food before closing, even though they had the item in stock. I am a District Manager for a restaurant chain myself, and I would never allow this to happen to my guests. At a minimum, that MOD would be coached—if not terminated—for failing to take care of the guest. Our company preaches that the guest comes first and that you make them happy if you have the means to do so. I would rather throw away a batch of food than upset a single guest.
I travel through this area a lot and I usually choose this location over all the other restaurants in town. To be honest, out of all the Panda Expresses I visit during my travels, this one has given me the most issues. I never complained about the previous incidents, but this was the icing on the cake.
I frequently visit Panda Express locations in Athens, Victoria, Terrell, Greenville, Kaufman, and Sherman, TX, among many others. Out of all those locations, I have never been told they would not make my order. I might have to wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared, but I have never been refused.

If you use the drive thru, make sure you DO NOT leave the window until you’ve checked that your order is all there. 90% of the visits I’ve made, the order has been short. The food is luke warm at best, even if they “just made it”. Don’t even get me started on the long winded male drive thru host.

Corey and his team did an incredible job catering our annual fishing tournament and event. The food was amazing and the service for 50 people was top notch! We will definitely be using them again…Excellent all the way around, highly recommended. !!

I ate here a while back. I didn’t like the food. I was craving Chinese and it was a Tuesday. Chens was closed. So decided to give them another try. I agree they can be stingy with the food. I ordered the family meal. They could have filled the containers a little more. But the food was better tasting then last time. Except the Chow mein. I prefer Lo mein. The Chow mein is too dry. With taxes this is about $40. Not sure if you want to pay that if they aren’t going to fill the containers better ♀️ Maybe I’m just used to Chens and when you order special food they not only fill up the containers but they give a lot of meat.

I spent $70 on a family feast and two extra large entrees. When handing me the order I asked for six more fortune cookies to have a total of 12. I’m feeding an army and they offered their bag of 8 for an additional charge but couldn’t give me six more. Will not be spending my money there again. If $70 in food can’t cover six fortune cookies then I’ll go elsewhere. Up to this point we’d been loyal customers! Shame!

The staff was very friendly! They went around the tables asking how everything was! The orange chicken was crunchy and very well flavored! On the other hand the rice was so dry I had to use soy sauce not sure what time rice was cooked the warmers they use kept it nice and warm but it was so dry I don’t understand how!

The food is good sometimes and others it’s feels like it’s been sitting out for hours. My biggest issue with this location is it’s honey walnut shrimp. They charge you 1.50 extra for it and 90% of the time its dry and looks like this. When it’s considered premium it should definitely look better not worse than the other food on the plate. It’s kinda sad Cus it’s my favorite and this is the only pandas close. Please fix this issue guys I’d love to keep eating here but as of rn. It’s not worth it for what you charge.
