I’ve never been inside. So don’t know about that. Service is ok. Food- the sandwich in very messy. Bread is very hard. Would be nice if you could see your sandwich being made. Your get a surprise every time you place a sandwich order here. Sandwiches are given to you in a wrapper and a bag. Sorry it’s not like ol’ subway. I tried it again today. But that it. The guy who made my sandwiches was sagging his pants almost down to his knees. He never changed his gloves and kept pulling his pants up while listening to rap music on his cell phone. He also could not speak a lick of proper English and sounded like he was spewing incoherent nonsense. It really made my appetite disappear watching him continuously pull his pants up with his underwear showing while customers are trying to enjoy their food. Not to mention, it took him like 15 to 20 minutes to make my sandwich. I Will never go to this place again. Definitely do not recommend stay away from this place. It’s dirty.

Words do not express my frustration with how I was just cussed at by an employee because the messed up my order and didn’t want to refund me. I literally ordered a ham and 3 cheese melt… exactly what it says on the receipt and it wasn’t toasted… not a “melt” of any kind! And I was told that I am wrong and that I have to ask for it to be toasted. While this disgruntled employee was in the back on his phone with the manager yelling at her that I was a shitty customer and that he wants to quit I’m left standing up front telling the other employee that just want my $20 back, why is it so hard! The employee comes back opens the till to give me my money back then throws the money across the counter at me! This is beyond unacceptable and as Campbellsvilles platinum level doordasher I will NOT pick up your orders any longer and will urge customers to not do business with your location.

The employees at this restaurant were friendly and helpful since I had never ate here before. I loved the fact that they had their menu posted on the wall where you could actually see the menu. More restaurants should have their menus post on the wall or at least in bigger font so you can see it better. I was impressed that I isn’t see an employee sitting around doing nothing. My sandwich was toasted and not hard. They listened when I said I didnt want ranch on my chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. So if you haven’t given this restaurant a chance please try them out.

Likely the slowest Jimmy Johns in existence. Be prepared to wait 15-30 minutes at the drive-through window. It’s like beyond that window there’s some black magic that makes every single employee move in slow motion. If it wasn’t so frustrating, it’d actually be pretty fascinating how time seems to move slower, movements are slower, etc.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at noon today, the sandwiches were excellent. They need to work on their organization. I placed my order via their app the first time, upon arriving to pick up my order, I was greeted right away and it was not ready yet, no problem waiting a few minutes for a couple sandwiches. It turned into several minutes, they had my order ready but did not inform me until I made eye contact with one of the staff members that recognized who I was. While waiting there was a very loud staff member on the line shouting to other staff very frequently, very annoying. I will be back for the food, it was great but it will be carry out.

This one makes me sad. I love Jimmy John’s. Used to order it once a week when I worked downtown Louisville and I was very excited to have one here. But, alas…this one is grossly mismanaged. Multiple visits have resulted in extremely slow service that is antithetical to the mantra of this place. Freaky slow and freaky inaccurate, not freaky fast, service. If the franchise owner is reading this, please take a more hands on approach with this place. To the extent that you don’t, it’s not a matter of if, but rather a matter of when it closes…. At least McAlisters has been successful thus far since it opened so a viable alternative to Subway will likely persist. There is no reason a Jimmy John’s should have a 3-star rating on Google…. Disappointing…
