Review written 01/13/2026. Baked spaghetti was not as good as expected. Also the cheesy bread was very dry, it came with the baked spaghetti.

Ordered a Xlarge and 2 orders of wings. The wings were burnt, dry and hard as a rock. I called and a very rude man(refused to give his name) he said “I know who you are and you are not supposed to order from our store anymore” which didn’t tell me that when I was ordering but after, he did this on purpose! Very Rude and unprofessional! Zero stars! Shame on such management!

One of the best vegan pizzas I’ve had! We got a 16inch pan pizza with vegan pepperoni, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Delicious! I love that it comes with a pepper and choice of dipping sauce. I will definitely return to Sarpino’s!

This is the first meal I have here in Chicago—I’m visiting from Atlanta. This is some of the best food I’ve had! The Mac n cheese bites are perfectly cheesy and not overpowering. The pizza is very refreshing and cooked just right. For sauces I got the bleu cheese and Chiptole ranch; both sauces are equally amazing, creamy, and compliment the food well! The portions are also perfect for just myself.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered for delivery for lunch and it took almost 1 and 1/2 hour to get my food. When I got it, the pizza was so cold, burned, and hard! I try to give establishments a chance and unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience. If you order from here PLEASE pick it up.

This was the most “pizza” vegan pizza I’ve ever had! We got the Italiano delivered and they were so fast. Everything was delicious – the sauce and veggies tasted very fresh, the cheese was melty but still crispy, and dough was fluffy but crunchy.

This is our fave neighborhood pizza place. They are always so quick, we usually pickup but free delivery is nice when we need it. You’ll like it if you’re into sweet pizza sauce. Our go-to is pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeño! And the garlic butter is a great dipping sauce for the crust 🙂

Horrible customer experience! I placed an online order early morning to make sure everything will be placed and process accordingly. I was super excited and try their so called specialty pizza which included Pesto veggie pizza that I ordered. We went to pick it up at around 7:13 pm. And nobody even assisted us at the cashier as they were too busy..When I finally got the chance to get assistance I asked for my Pesto vegetarian pizza and cashier lady said oh we do not have that placed what you order was Vegetarian pizza. I rebutted and told her exactly what I ordered that they made a clear mistake even showed her my email confirmation showing what I ordered. She just brushed me off and just said that if you can wait 10 minutes so we can get your order, I refused since it’s late and amole time was given to make the order right the first time! Oh and for pick up they did not even provide packet of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, they just handed me the box of the flap pizza! Side note pizza is doughy with dices slices of vegetables…
Just an update after calling and raising my concern with Slice they called Sarpino’s on my behalf.. I got some discount so today I placed an order for Pesto vegetarian pizza. Pizza was doughy, lacks the crunchy crust and as I arrived to pick up my pizza it’s already cold. Plus pizza didn’t really have the pesto sauce and taste, and just smothered it with cheese and few tiny pieces of bell peppers few sun dried tomatoes and basil leaves.. At this point I’m not sure about ordering pizza from them.

I brought home a carry out cheese pizza only to discover the pizza was burnt. It looked like a cheap Jack’s oven pizza. I called to request a delivery to replace the $15 pizza, and was told they cannot deliver. I asked them if I could pick up the replacement, I was told next time I need to check the pizza before I leave because they are very busy….he spoke very rude. I’ve been going to this location for years and never had this issue before. They agreed to replace the burnt pizza eventually but I will not be returning to this location.
