Pizza here is good but it has become insanely overpriced. I got one large pizza and asked for extra ranch with it and it’s almost $30. Charged extra for both pizza toppings… I understand the second topping but one isn’t included??
And six dollars for four plastic sauce cups of ranch is unreal. On top of the insane pricing the workers here aren’t even friendly at all.

I did not get what I was charged for!! I paid $22.06 for a pizza I couldn’t eat. The restaurant refused to replace or refund my order !! This is what they consider to be acceptable standards for pineapple chicken pizza!! I don’t see any chicken and maybe 3 pieces of pineapple total!!

Whoever the lady was that answered the phone and took my order today was extremely rude. She didn’t listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times. She was flat with me and at one point just straight up hateful. Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Sadly this is my first impression too. I don’t know if I’ll be back to be honest because the prices and the rudeness of the staff just don’t make the pizza worth it, unfortunately.

Tried to call from about 7:15 until 8 pm on July 22 to order a pizza and no one would answer the phone. Assume the are busy and drive up to order instead. There is one other person in there to order, 2 ladies working at a snails pace and the phone has been taken off the hook. There were no pizzas being worked on, none on top of the oven ready to go, they were the definition of completely dead. Probably because they turned the phone off. Whatever, as long as the pizza is still good. First time I had been there in years. It wasn’t. It was the most bland, flavorless things I have ever put in my mouth. Didn’t help that when they took it out of the oven they just tossed it on the stainless steel topped work station near the oven for 5 to 10 minutes before boxing and cutting it to give to me. The ladies working clearly don’t know what happens when you put hot food straight onto cold stainless steel. Pizza was cold before I even got out of the store. Crust was soggy from the condensation that occurred from setting on the stainless steel for so long. Won’t be going back. Used to eat here at least once a week from 2009 to 2017, didn’t realize it had go so far downhill after I moved out of Bristol.

So we wanted a few additional toppings on one of the specialty pizzas, only to find out that they charge each topping separately when you add extra toppings to specialty pizza, including the toppings that come standard with specialty pizza…pretty ridiculous in my opinion.
To make matters worse, the additional toppings we added were barely included on the pizza! Over priced and disappointed the additional toppings were scantily added to the pizza.

Ordered a large pizza asked for extra cheese , definitely didn’t get extra cheese and barely any toppings. They’ve got the last of our business . Totally unacceptable and when my husband complained about the toppings being so sparingly the girl said “yea we have been hearing that slot lately “ apparently they are not listening to their customers. Been customers for years but no more after tonight!
