This was our first visit here. I had a gift certificate which was the main reason for our visit.

Immediately upon entering we realized smoking is allowed. It was awfully smoky inside which was the reason for 2 stars.

Our server was friendly and attentive.

My food, the enchilada meal was delicious and would definitely order again. My boyfriend said he did not enjoy his crab cakes. The fried ice cream was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Portions overall were good.

Honestly a pretty good spot! The drinks are super affordable and the staff were super friendly. The two bartenders were running back-and-forth making sure everyone was taken care of, definitely give them props because the bar was packed. Yes this is a Cigs inside bar and been a few years since I’ve been in a bar like this and didn’t hate it. Still tons of airflow and a cool atmosphere. Pool table and plenty of sitting and standing room. I heard the food was good but was just drinking myself. I’ll Deff be back!

Had an awesome time here! Our server, Maddy, was super friendly and on point the whole night. She recommended a margarita that was perfectly mixed — just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The cheesesteak egg rolls were killer too, crispy and packed with flavor. Maddy made the experience even better with her great attitude and quick service. Definitely coming back and asking for her again!

Madre is the place to be for great Mexican food and wings. Service is great. Atmosphere might need updating a bit but. Always a good experience. Live entertainment is a great addition here. The outdoor seating is wonderful.

This is one interesting place. The menu is great and my dinner on the evening of Friday 9/12/2025 was superb. This place is a smokers paradise-I will not dine in the bar room again–I will stay on the outdoor patio–plus there is live music act(s) performing there on Friday nights. I will visit again-superb food menu, yet I will not dine inside, as I am not a smoker. Interesting place.

Great little watering hole with some good food and nice atmosphere. The outdoor seating is nice and I recently went to a friend’s birthday party here. The bartender did a great job making sure everyone had drinks throughout the duration of the party. The food was also very good with excellent homemade style ranch dressing.

What an absolute joke this place turned out to be. Our group — normal, polite people of all ages — came in for a fun evening, and got kicked out for no good reason. Two girls in our party had been drinking (not out of control by any stretch), and instead of handling anything with professionalism, the staff got loud, defensive, and flat-out aggressive.
Honestly, it felt like we’d walked into some weird cliquey local hangout, run by people more interested in gossiping and playing those Pennsylvania “skill games” than actually running a halfway decent establishment. The whole vibe screamed small-town drama, not hospitality.
Bottom line: if you’re not part of their crowd, expect attitude, judgment, and zero accountability. Camp Hill has much better bars — this one’s a hard pass.

Sierra Madre Saloon in Camp Hill proudly proves that attitude is not the same as atmosphere. Our group — respectable, friendly, and yes, fully dentally equipped — came in for a chill night, but apparently that was asking too much. Instead, we got the customer service equivalent of a Facebook argument in a gas station parking lot.
Two people in our group had a few drinks (Earth-shattering, I know), and suddenly the staff turned into morality police. They cut off service to a mom because she “looked too tired.” Meanwhile, the bartenders and regulars were busy betting their paychecks on Pennsylvania “skill games” like they were at a casino in purgatory.
The ambience? Think hostile dive bar run by people with main-character syndrome. Unless you enjoy being stared down by cliquey locals reliving their glory days, skip it. There are plenty of other spots in Camp Hill that know the difference between serving drinks and serving attitude.
