They suck honestly trying to push a customers trying to push away people from coming here to meet other people they stay by coffee aswell So you prefer a completely stranger meeting another stranger in a random area not out of Starbucks it’s weird you guys should support this. What actually bring me more customer but yall don’t want that It is wrong for you guys to be pushing away? And people in general way do you guys allow people to hang out in your lobby for hours even homeless to take out showers in the bathroom you guys don’t tell them that is crazy you guys discriminate people, but it’s OK that doesn’t my number and I hope your guises location does better!!!!! No one should be pushed away from a public area

Ordered 3 of the “Travelers” for my son’s bday party (had to keep the parents happy of course).
Was a little disappointed with my experience. One of the three travelers was soaking wet with coffee on the bottom. When I went inside to pick it up, i saw one of the young ladies wipping it and trying to dry it up. I get accidents happen, but this was very obviously an issue. When she saw me see her, she gave me the “deer in headlights” look. It wasnt that big of a deal to me, in the sense that I understood its not gonna ruin the coffee inside (as its actually in a bag inside the box), but it definitely was annoying that she saw it and just left it.
When carrying the travelers into my car, I had to hold the bottom of it to stop the box from ripping and I had to sit it on a bed of napkins I had to grab from inside to avoid it from staining my car floor.
Like I said, not a “deal breaker” and I get that Starbucks is stupid busy all the time, but if an employee sees something like that, how do you not take the initiative to find a solution, like simply transferring the coffee into a fresh box?

Looks & smells clean.
Plenty of outlets against the wall by the couches, bar top/ high chairs, & in the middle table underneath.
As well as 2 functional restrooms.
Nice ambiance & lighting!
Customer service was great too!

Brittany customer service is horrible she also gives attitude when answering questions. I was there for the red cup can’t even get a red cup because I am diabetic and can’t drink any of the filled sugar holiday drinks. That is not being equality

There’s a woman named LEX and she is a horrible person, she’s very rude, and overall does not know how to mind her business especially when people are having a conversation, she will rudely interupt you!!! Thats exactly what happened! Its 2025 its unbelievable that there are people that work in the food industry and act like this to their customers!!! She needs to be fired!!!! Have some respect and wait for me to finish talking!!!

Literally came here earlier this morning at 6am and ordered an iced caramel machiato for myself came back after my work out with my dog and they told my i need to make a purchase for a pup cup, which is fine i had, been a customer at this location since it opened in the early 2000s, the disgusting drive thru lady “Adele” denied my dog getting a pup cup.. laughing in my face.. im not a poor person spending thousands over the years on this location specifically, the whole grain audacity of this stupid kid to treat a customer that way and laugh at them like a child is disgraceful. As a former Barista and a customer service professional myself that behavior was absolutely appalling and abhorrent to laugh in a customers face? What a nasty kid.
