I’ve always enjoyed Super Sandwich, and the recent renovations look great. The new indoor seating is a nice addition. That said, on my last visit the sandwich had more bread than chicken, with only one small piece. I remember it being more generous in the past, and the photos and older reviews reflect that as well. My mom and brother also ordered on different days and had a similar experience. Hopefully this is something that can be improved, because it’s a place we’ve always liked.

We’ve placed many orders here over time, but the recent $7 delivery fee per order is a dealbreaker.
It’s especially frustrating when multiple orders are dropped off at the same location and to charge each one individually just doesn’t feel fair.
You pick a time and they show up early or late to pack multiple orders from others messing up your lunch time.
We have supported this business consistently before these changes, but now the portions are smaller, prices have gone up, and the added delivery fees make it hard to justify continuing. Disappointing direction this is going.

I don’t like to do this I feel in life we can make mistakes. But I don’t like that we have gave 3 chances and we always have been patient but some how we have been treated so bad . We order from you guys and is always an issue . Be careful how you handle business. When the person comes back to you guys atleast they shouldn’t be in a situation where they don’t know what to do with your careless behavior or attitude towards a customer

Conveniently located near highway on-ramps, generous portions and quick service, Super Sandwich is a very safe bet if you like the same attention paid to the bread as the ingredients of the sandwich. This sandwich shop reminds me of an Italian deli with updated offerings and enough twists to make their offering unique. There’s not much like Super Sandwich in Connecticut which is why they are worthy of your time and money. The ciabatta is excellent, portions are easy to understand (they measure their bread by the inch “square”) so you have a very good idea of what you’re getting yourself into. The 5″x5″ super was enough for two meals (your mileage may vary) for me. I don’t believe you will walk away dissatisfied with the offerings for the price.

This was my first time going to Super Sandwich and it definitely won’t be the last. The customer service was great. The lady behind the counter explained the different sizes and what sandwich was popular. I went with the Chicken Parm sandwich and I have to say that it was one of the BEST Chicken Parm sandwich. I also like how I was in and out very quick. Next sandwich on my list is the Buffalo Rancher.

Best chicken cutlet sandwich I’ve had! The chicken is super fresh and crispy, not too oily. And the prosciutto is a great touch on the Italian. Super size is 5″X5″ bread, but two cutlets, so it’s very large. Great deal for a lot of food.

The BEST SANDWICH I’VE EVER EATEN!!!! Words cannot describe how delicious the food was. I went in based on a recommendation by a friend so my expectations were high. This place exceeded all my expectations and redefined what a sandwich is to me. The ingredients tasted super fresh. The chicken was delicious all white meat and the bread was incredible. The serving size was very generous and i have zero complaints!

This has got to be the best sandwich place in Shelton! I have tried several of them and super sandwich is FAST Friendly and delicious! I would recommend the chicken cutlet italiano! Delicioso
