Workers and front line managers are great but the regional mamagement runs them ragged. Today i had to abandon my food order to catch the bus as the lone worker running register, drinks and food.
They were going above and beyond working crowd control for the growing weekday lunch line. Dozens of workers with short breaks and shoppers trying to grab a quick drink after shopping.
The worker was very hard working and efficient, very polite and apologetic but they shouldnt have to be. The demands placed on them are impossible and would break most people.
They cant provide quality timely service under the pressures they are placed. Its abusive and unsustainable, not the way to run a successful business.
The owners and regional mamagers need to get their priorities straight or they will be sued for the visible harmdul workplace practices they enforce.
The workers and lower management need to unite to strike for better wages and dignity in the workplace, for their own well being and better service to the customers.
Please be kind to the workers its not their fault they are being taken advantage of. Dont forget to tip if you can.

The woman at the window needs to be fired immediately.. she has black hair. Had to repeat my order multiple times when in the drive through because she is clearly hard of hearing which i have no actual clue why they would put the person hard of hearing on the headset. I asked for two bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and got one wrap and asked her to add the other wrap because she miss heard me saying TWO and proceed to tell me I have to go back through the line for something that was her fault. Then I said “wow okay”and was gonna just leave but she had yet to give me my card back I asked for it back this girl proceed to hand me a straw instead of my card, and I had to repeat I need my card multiple time until she finally understood what I was saying. (And no the order didn’t come up on the screen for me!!! So I had no clue she only had one on there.)

Completely disappointed. Always grounds in coffee, Taste like water store is nasty and employees are ignorant. Everyday I spend $18.00 not anymore. When u ask to have the mistakes fixed they have fits and get mad. Very unprofessional maybe enough complaints and someone will do something. I just want a normal coffee …. sad when u go to Cumberland store and it’s better to make it your self … maybe dunkin should give a gift card or refund for this. Some will say it’s stupid get over it untill it happens to u…. also the new thing is they don’t have a clue how to make it the do what they want pics included

What’s the point of having employees work for you if they are going to speak nasty to a customer when coming thru drive thru asking for a coffee that’s on your app and in ALL stores and you tell me we don’t have that. When I show you on the app that you do you get nasty with me and say I don’t know how to find that we don’t sell it in are store. But yet I got one just 4 hours earlier . This is on management you must do better training your people with not only what’s being sold in your stores but how to be respectfully to customers

I’ve been visiting this location off and on for over 30 years. Like any business, they go through ebbs and flows. The service has been incredibly inconsistent these last few months.
I reached out via X regarding yet another mucked up order and got the standard, “please DM us your deets for assistance” replies. Well, after 2 weeks, no response. They’ve clearly given up or simply don’t give a flying.. . well, you know.
I understand that selections may be limited late in the day, I’m reasonable. The problem is just tell me if you’re out of something, don’t try to play stupid and pretend you didn’t notice and blatantly pass off the wrong thing. This most recent visit, they were out of the chocolate munchkins, again it was 6pm so I said, “no big, what do you have left?” He tells me they only have the glazed and I tell him that’ll work.
It was an order for 5 munchkins, I got a bag full of what could only be described as a prototype for a new “Mini Munchkins Breakfast Cereal.” Photo attached. (BTW Dunkin, if you go ahead with the munchkin breakfast cereal idea, I will expect a cut.)

The main reason I gave 5 stars to Dunkin on Center Street in Auburn is because of an excellent employee named Kyle. He showed compassion and wonderful customer service to my child and I when we came in basically as they were closing. Although I’m sure he was ready to finally finish his day and close up, he made sure my kiddo got what she wanted and that she walked out with a smile on her face…and he did it all with a smile. Which makes this papa bear very happy. Completely restored my faith in Dunkin! Thank you sir.

This store is a joke my husband’s and I get the easiest coffees and once in a while I get a bagel toasted dark. It’s never toasted and the coffees are almost never made right. It’s like they take your order then make whatever the want. Very disappointed.

Everybody who works here is very nice. My favorite “duo” by far though are the two gentlemen who close many nights. Today 5/23/25 it was the gentleman duo again and they both just light up my day. It’s why I always choose this DD, for their friendliness and humor!
