As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Not bad for a quick bite to eat!
This is the only Rally’s that I have been to with a dining room. The dining room was a little small, but pleasantly surprised to see one. The dining room was very clean and free of trash and debris. I observed an employee wiping down tables and benches.
The drink station area was clean with no signs of mold.
I was notified that it would be a moment before someone could take my order. It wasn’t very long and I was waited on in a friendly manner. I ordered the Big Buford with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese, with fries and a drink.
The order took less than a few minutes to be ready. While I was waiting, I filled my drink and got my ketchup.
The sandwich and fries were fresh, hot, and tasty! Made just as I ordered.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick bite to eat, with great service!

I was here last Friday and the young lady in drive thru took my order fast and with a good attitude. I come through here often and enjoy talking to her. Usually I come inside and she talks to me about my day and tells me about her little baby boy but Friday I was in a rush so I just went through drive thru. I enjoy coming to this rally’s, ask for Gracie if you come here, she’s the best!!

Friendly people work here, and the food is good too. My personal favorite is the cheese Champ, because i recently learned its the same as a buford just single pattied. Great for someone looking for the taste but a little less meal.

Great service, I walked in and was immediately greeted. Food was served hot and speedy. The person who made my sandwich deserves a raise. Burger was made hot and correctly and wasn’t a sloppy mess.

Alright, so the reason my rating is so low is because: My dad just went there and got the chicken bites for me. I told him I wanted chicken bites with buffalo sauce. He told the lady he would like “buffalo bites,” instead of asking “are you asking for buffalo sauce?” Or something, she asks, “Would you like them in buffalo sauce?” Which my dad replied “If you can do that” and she said they could. My dad was thinking they were gonna cook the bites in buffalo sauce, like any other restaurant. Instead what they did is just dump all the buffalo sauce on my food, including my fries, and drenched my box. I took a picture but am unable to attach it. As someone who has issues with food and got this cause it was supposed to be a safe food. This is really upsetting.

Most definitely a horrible restaurant they gave me the wrong order….then got mad at me when I brung it back in…they wanna blame the customer for them handed the wrong car the wrong order….. front counter girl got an attitude then offer me drinks when I already had 2 lg drinks…..I won’t be coming back ever again this happens a lot

When the ratings says 100% I opted to keep driving to see for myself. Food was fresh and service was respectful and professional. Nice to know this still applies in the fast food industry. It was also nice not to have to deal with a kiosk machine!!!

Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but when you order from the app and it says it will be done in 5 mins and 25 mins later you finally get your order and it is wrong it’s not a great first impression to this restaurant. By the time we got our order it was wrong and cold. I didn’t want to wait another 20+ mins for either a refund or new food so we just dealt either it.

I ordered off of doordash they messed up my entire order then they refused to make it properly. I got yelled and cussed at on the phone by some lady. All I wanted was to be able to eat dinner after paying $60 for food how hard is it to make a sandwich properly or at the very least fix the mistake you have made?
