Fantastic breakfast! I ordered 4 separate items, to get a taste of everything.
Over easy egg was perfect. Biscuits n gravy excellent. Pancake was huge. Toast, hot cocoa and service were all amazing.

Great food, and decent prices. The waitresses were tentative and welcoming. We had the steak special and it was good, the cook came out to ask how the food was and we thanked him. But he kept talking to us as if he had nothing to do and stared at us through the window as we ate. Other than the cook it was an excellent small town diner. Will come back if I’m ever passing through again.

The breakfasts are very good, although the last few times we ate lunch / dinner it was nothing to be excited about. There is no “love” in preparation of the food, seems like they are just going through the motions.
A big help would be toasting the buns for burgers and sandwiches.
Coming from a family owned restaurant myself, I can see several easy fixes to kick it up a notch.

We were here on a Sunday at noon and the place was packed! The staff was friendly, made sure all customers were taken care of. Food was great. Facility was very clean. We were hoping for breakfast, but they don’t do that on Sundays from 11-1 because of the rush – understandably. We will be back to try that at some point.

At first we had high hopes as the parking lot was packed. It filled an empty spot in my stomach but it’s not a place I would recommend or return. I had the roast beef special, green beans, mashed potatoes. The meat was paper thin, dry and almost tasteless, green beans were horrible and over cooked, the only good thing was the potatoes. So had the beef and noodles… All he could say is that it will make a t**d. Staff didn’t seem pleased to be happy to be working… Hardly an inviting attitude. Don’t waste your time or money.

Great steak! The broccoli was sooooo good! You get a fresh baked roll, too. We had a slice of homemade coconut cream pie that was fabulous, not to mention the great service. You won’t be disappointed!

We are staying in town for work, we waited very long for our food as regulars from town walked in after us and got served and waited on before us. This place is great if you wanted frozen food microwaved and put on a plate. High price for small portioned food, food was cold, everything tasted microwaved. The fish looked like the frozen triangles you buy at Walmart and I only got like 8 tator tots with them.

This restaurant is quiet, small(ish) and quaint. They certainly cater their fare towards the older residents of the town, so the food (like the coffee) is… well, honestly, kinda bland. The prices are a little higher than I’d normally like to pay for food like this, but considering the lack of alternatives, its pretty much this, fast food, or bar fare.

We came in last night for dinner had hamburger steak and chicken sandwich. Both were wonderful. I especially loved the potato salad. Came back for breakfast and it is just as good. Hometown place with friendly service.
