We originally did a curbside but with my car being stuck in the snow and only being 3 minute away they said to call back if we could or couldn’t get out and delivered to us. They could be like little teasers and I’d just a refund however I am happy they decided to deliver. Will always be one of my favorite places even growing up it was one of my favorites.

My cheesy bread was non edible burnt and greasy . My pizza was also burnt. I tried to call them. They would put me on hold for over 9 minutes then hang up on me , this happened 4 times . I am thoroughly disappointed in Dominoes. That coming from me is a big deal, because I truly was a fan of Dominoes. This isn’t the first time I have disappointed it is just the first time I finally left a review.

My initial time quoted was 45mins. Pizza took 1hr and 45 mins to get here. After calling for the 2nd time i wa told 20mins it will be coming out of the oven in 10mins. That wait was another 45 mins. The moral of the story was my Pizza was cold, stiff an overcooked and they forgot my side items
items. I am so disappointed!! And the clerk was nonchalant and didn’t ask how she can make it right. My loss. My dog ate good and im still back to square one. Millington Dominoes you guys need to do better.

Honestly worst pizza experience. Order for pizza, wings, & lava cakes took an hour and a half to prepare. Workers complaining to and being snarky towards each other during the rush. Wasn’t acknowledged on my second attempt to pickup. Parking lot was chaos. Forgot the drinks on my order. Then tried to charge me a dollar/garlic sauce. No.

Very sad establishment. Took 2 hours to get my sons order. ( was not a large order) ot said online it would be 30 minutes. We were unable to get in touch with anyone other than online who still hadn’t done anything. When we got the pizza it was not edible.
Even worse trying them again tonight. After waiting over an hour for a pasta bowl to be prepped went I. To pick up and got full blown attitude and faces from ” their Only delivery driver ” on a Saturday. The manager was nice considering, but her employee needs retrained and an attitude adjustment.

I placed an order online, had a mess up, called back and they said they would remake it when I pulled up the General manager said they wouldn’t remake it and I had to pay even though I brought the pizza back untouched. I said they already told me they would remake ot and I drove here she said “I was on a delivery and we aren’t doing tbat”. Shes rude and unprofessional. Ive been a General Manager for Dominos for 6 years and my husband is for 10 years. I asked for a refund for the pizza and she told me she cant until tomorrow which also isnt true. This is NOT how you do business and we will not be returning to this location.

Ordering was quick and easy,pizza was made pretty quickly BUT when i arrived to pick it up AN EMPLOYEE WAS EATING A BROWNIE AND HANDLEING CUSTOMERS FOOD! Absolutly discusting! And im not talking about eating and putting it down then handleing food no im talking brownie in one hand customers pizza in the other. You do realise crumbs can fall off and land on thw food right? Yall do know thats improper food handling? And infront of a custoner and management didnt say a thing. This isnt even what sent me off. After getting down to the last peice i bite into the crust and dip it in my ranch and see a string of ranch hanging off after further investigateing i pulled a hair our of the pizza. I almost through up after all i had seen plus that. I wasnt even going to write this reveiw till i attempted to call and inform them and found out they closed way early.
