I have given this Jersey Mikes more opportunities than I probably should have.
1- On the first terrible occasion I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, was told someone had just picked it up. When I asked what name they gave was told they just said they had an online order and was given my bag of over $100 worth of food. Then had to wait almost 25 minutes to have it all remade. No credit or apology given.
2 – The second visit – The app said my food would be ready for pickup at 12:30ish arrived at 12:35 and had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. Either update the app to show more accurate time or send notifications.
3 – The 3rd and FINAL visit today. I placed an order at 10:30 this morning and chose a pickup time of 1145, when I arrived at 1158, NOTHING was ready! The staff all circled around in chaos. No one knows what the other is making unless its someone right in front of them ordering inside. I use the online feature as a mother of 2 toddlers so that I can pickup my food and go quickly. NOT stand in the store 45 minutes AFTER the confirmed pickup time to get my order. The hot sub part of my order was cold by the time I got home to eat. Half of the toppings were wrong. And the toppings that were on there looked pathetic, like it was the last of scraps they had. I can understand lunchtime rushes but this is so unacceptable. I placed my order early intentionally to be sure I don’t have to wait like that. Then stand and watch as people ordering there in line one after another after another get their orders before me. TO make it worse, NO APOLOGY was given and no offer of a credit to make this right.

A Minor
This was the nicest Jersey Mike’s I have been to; all 3 employees we interacted with were so friendly and the place was spotless. I ordered a gluten free sub and they went out of their way to clean every surface my sub could possibly come in contact with to make sure there would be no contamination. Another employee offered to clean our table, even though it looked pretty clean already, before we started eating.
In my experience, this is above and beyond customer service. Definitely recommend.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I didn’t order an Onion sandwich! I quit going to Subway years ago because of this! We ordered Roast Beef on one and Ham on the other. Hardly any meat and the cheese was sliced so thin you to pull it out of the sandwich to look at it to see what it was! Come on!!!

Ordered two turkey subs and checked out, When we started eating our sub it was so hard to pull the bread to take a bit, had to eat to with out bread. Please keep your bread fresh. The one in Kings Mountain

Love the subs. I call them hoagies since I was in NJ. They always make fresh and delicious subs according to our order. Closest food that tastes like Jersey hoagies. The rolls are delicious like NJ ones.

The staff was friendly but didn’t attention to my order and made it completely wrong. Didn’t find out until we got home. Honestly the sandwich was still good but not how I ordered it all.

Absolutely terrible, bad awkward service – been here 5 times since they’ve opened and I’ve pretty much gotten sick every time I’ve went. They don’t know how to portion and try to skimp you on just about everything, my Philly cheeseteak was 2 sheets of steak covered in a pound of cheese and another pound of onions and it costed $20, just insane

1st time at Jersery Mike’s. I got the Philly Cheese Steak. Must say it was on top of the list of best Philly I have had anywhere. There was a line to order, but the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous
I really was amazed by the staff friendliness and courteous.
You will not find that at the local McDonald’s, Burger King, Hardee’s. You would be lucky to get a thank you from them, much less a hot meal, the food just tossed in the bag. Diffently will not get a smile at these other fast foods.
Customer service,friendlesdness, a smile, and good fresh prepared food you will get at this Jersery Mikes.
