The last 3 times give ordered from them the pizzas were trash. Crust was thin as paper- I didn’t order thin crust. Hardly any sauce. This place use to be my favorite but it’s going down hill and I’m sad about that because now I’m going to have to find a new pizza place.

PERFECT for those with Acid Reflux! I get seasonal acid reflux, and I really can’t have anything too seasoned this time of year. I was really getting tired of broth and noodles and wanted to see if I can take a chance on pizza, maybe if I take my pills, eat it slow, have lots of water, etc I’d be ok. Well I get my pizza and take it home and start eating when I realize this pizza has practically no seasoning at all. I mean baby this pizza was so white I swear I checked the box for mayonnaise packets. I knew instantly that this pizza was gonna be FINE going down. I ate that thing with no issue. I’m happy that they at least carried anchovies otherwise this pizza would need salt rocks tossed on top to be able to eat. I can see why they do well enough to stay in business here. These old folk can’t take that extra spicy stuff like black pepper. God forbid you give these people some red pepper flakes, they would come with pitchfork and torches but most likely just LED lamps because fire is way too spicy for these guys. So yeah, I lived to tell the tale about how I’m actually pleased that they use saline water to season their pizza.

Very disappointed. Couldn’t get our order delivered thru door dash. (The buy one get one) But said if I order thru app they will forward to door dash to deliver. So tried that I clicked on pick up thinking door dash will pick up. (My mistake) I ordered lite sauce they used white sauce. Once we realized order wasn’t going to be delivered we went to pick up 45 minutes later pizza was Luke warm and cheese wasn’t melted well, still solid in places. I even paid delivery fee that I disnt get back. Ever since newer owners pizza king just isn’t the same. Pizza nowhere as good as before, I think they changed to cheaper ingredients.

Everything is always good I don’t think they have ever gotten my order wrong. The only thing is the breadsticks sometimes are very stiff but they are still delicious. My favorite pizza in town that’s for sure.

Stopped by after the Apple Arts Festival and I was so pleased to be able to feed our family for $35! The family deal includes 2 large two-topping pizzas, breadsticks with marinara, 10 wings and a large family-sized salad. For $35! The pizza, wings and breadsticks were delicious! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Okay so I got to be honest. Pizza King was not at the forefront of my mind when my buddy and I got a hankering for some pizza pie today. We’re staying at 64 Ellington Road and I really didn’t want to dive
too far because I was chillin, so I called Little Caesars and I got hung up on twice buy a rude cashier. Then I call Papa John’s and they didn’t even answer the phone. Next on the Google search was Pizza King so I said to myself, what the hell? When I called it was no more than a couple rings and a very friendly voice came on the phone introducing herself as Nicole. She informed me of the buy one get one pizza, was very knowledgeable and well trained, and made the process quick and easy. As if things couldn’t get any better, when I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I was ecstatic to find out that they were hot and ready at the precise time that Nicole quoted. Whatever you do, do not under any circumstances, let this girl go. As a matter of fact, I think she deserves a raise!

I love love love this place. The gluten free pizza was incredibly delicious and the owner took special care to make sure I wasn’t glutened. All of the employees were so nice and it was a major highlight of my trip to Ellijay. I’ll be returning again and again.
