I have consistently had terrible customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The staff are frequently rude, and I have noticed a concerning difference in how they interact with different racial groups. I have had multiple encounters where staff, particularly one Hispanic employee, argue with me about order accuracy. Even when I politely point out mistakes, they respond in a hostile, defensive manner, insisting I am wrong. I have repeatedly raised this issue, but nothing has changed. Although this location is close to my workplace, I cannot continue to tolerate this kind of poor service. I urge the management to address these issues immediately, as this ongoing behavior is unacceptable.

One of the better DD in the area if that means anything. They almost always get my order correct which really isn’t to hard, but I guess it is for many other locations. Staff is very friendly and never have to wait very long.
Updating my review and changing it to 5 stars. Been coming here more often as the other local Dunkin is off their game. I have also been going inside for a change of pace and the afternoon staff especially has been great.
One thing for other customers PLEASE develop some damn patience. There’s 2 employees running the whole place running around doing the best they can yet people give them grief for waiting a couple extra mins. Come watch them work then maybe you will relax and treat them better sad state of affairs all around.

It’s a dunkin donuts not much special about it, service is a bit slow, but if you’re not in a rush workers are very nice just might forget your straw.

When you ask for lite ice and half your drink is ice anyways. After removing the ice, this was my order. Lol I at least hope she gave me decaff. They were both very sweet. And my order was done in a timely manner.

Got a box of Joe and was very disappointed. The coffee was very weak and watery. For what Dunkin Donuts charges, I would expect a better/stronger cup of water. Will not make this mistake again

Must be the best Dunkin Donuts location in the area. For eight months, I ordered iced coffee (they use the perfect mixture) and a cinnamon raisin bagel (toasted w/ shmear) via drive thru every morning before work.
The line has never progressed in an unsatisfactory manner. The women who work the windows couldn’t be more professional.
Their intercom audio is always clear.
I even recall them decorating for Halloween the past few years.
Just moments ago, I entered the line, ordered right away, and had the iced coffee in hand in under 20 seconds.

I’m an expecting mother with a bad cravings and sent my husband for an ice cream. When I order it from different location 3 scoops in a cup comes full. But this location gave my husband not even half a cup for 3 scoops. It’s not cheap for Baskin’s 3 scoops, you guys can’t treat customers like this. I’m really disappointed, never again. My husband barely speaks English and they might thought he won’t complain! Beware from this location
