I should have heeded the 3.5 stars. The staff was nice and the drive thru was quick, but the food is inedible. It is obviously very old and overcooked, I have never seen the green beans look this wilted and dark. Chicken was awful. Wasted $13 and still hungry. Also they said and egg roll was included and then charged me $2.10 extra.

The Food was great! one of the leads at the store named Nick B was amazing helping us with our food and getting us fresh food that we needed! an amazing thing about Nick is that when he took his break he made sure we had our food and also invited one of his coworkers that was sitting by himself to join him in and another coworker! the restaurants clean and the people are very pleasant. It’s one of the few fast food restaurants that I enjoy coming to and gives me good food choices! Definitely talk to nick he is a sweet guy!

Unfortunately my visit this evening was terrible, I had to wait at the speaker I had to wait even longer at the window for what not even a hello or thanks for coming? No I got extremely hard chicken and rice that clearly had been out for hours. I even got a raw fortune cookie which I immediately sent in to corporate for a refund for my sad and terrible meal.

Drove thru is super, inside the male and female speak so fast your not sure what their saying. Like robots trying to hurry you. When request assistance with their app he threw us a lame excuse as if he were too busy when it was obvious he wasn’t. The atmosphere was if it were an employees playground with the manager we found out was chiming in being loud.

I’ve thought long and hard over the evening on if I should say something as a customer with little to no context but yesterday afternoon I went in for lunch and the scene that was unfolding between an employee and I’m assuming a manager in the kitchen made me very uncomfortable but didn’t feel there was much I could say or do, I witnessed the person in a black shirt yelling at the employee and I think fired the employee while the employee was asking for a number I believe. Instead of showing the employee where it was located she continued to yell at them while pointing aimlessly and continuously yelling get out of my store get out of my building very aggressive and portly handled in my opinion glad my child was not there this visit not something you’d expect grabbing a quick lunch

Staff need to Pay attention when taking orders. I ordered at the screen then had to order it again at the window. they still didn’t get it right. Food was good just not what I ordered.
