Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.
Simple fast-food chain preparing Korean-style meat & rice bowls with no dairy, trans-fat or frying.

9-13-25 Young lady assisted me at the front counter to make a good choice korean chicken bowl and (I) add half of avocado 2.59 expensive it did turn out great with the meal. She help me on choosing sauce too. Thank you again I haven’t been at 1 of your location since I will say before the pandemic hit.

Wow. What an exciting find. I came for lunch at 12:00pm. It wasn’t busy. The food was so fresh. I ordered the Korean chicken bowl, it spicy like advertised. I did a veggie base and a side cabbage salad. The cabbage salad has its own dressing. They have these other great sauces you can try with you meal. I used the magic sauce as it is a teriyaki sauce to bring down the heat of the Korean chicken as I mentioned it is spicy like advertised. The vegetables base were lightly steamed and crunchy. Definitely a go to for eating healthier ! Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

I wouldn’t call this authentic Korean but it is fast fresh and good. Kimchi was fresh and spicy but just too much vinegar. Their magic sauce is teriyaki sauce. The bulgogi is good but don’t expect it to taste like it is legit bulgogi either. Overall I really liked it and I would go again. Just don’t expect it to be authentic and you’ll be fine with it. Two drinks one regular bowl one mini and some kimchi set me back $33 and change today. So it ain’t cheap.

Great food! This is the type of food you feel great after eating. The bulgogi was great and the kimchi was so fresh and had a great flavor. I will be coming back! Also try the magic sauce!

Their food is great! I like the chicken plate with brown rice. I always substitute the salad and fruit for more rice and veggies and there is no up charge. Magic sauce is a must. Goes great on the chicken, rice, and veggies. Also love the triple hot sauce. Has a great spice level if you like heat. Staff is always super friendly and service is always fast.

I ordered and didn’t get what I paid for I bought a plate of steak, I asked for no fruit exta rice they asked me if I wanted vegetables I said yes. I ordered hot sauce, jalapeño and magic sauce. They didn’t me my cold slaw and substituted it with extra vegetables didn’t give me my extra rice and I paid extra for my sauce I got 3 magic sauces and a jalapeno and I had the audacity to give them a 3$ tip approximately just to get my food wrong I only asked for the orange to be substituted very disappointed into right service.

I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and the people there were so friendly! The place was clean and my food came out fast. Love that it’s healthy and comforting food at the same time.

This review isn’t a reflection of the business itself but of the Building it exists in. The Jimmy Hula’s that existed next to it was discovered to be absolutely infested with roaches. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat at another establishment that exists in this building because Lord knows those critters had to go somewhere when Jimmy Hula’s closed up shop. Demo It!

Place was clean and the employees were kind but being an american korean, this food is very bland to be korean inspired food.
I ordered the spicy chicken and marinated beef. The beef was dry, it looked old and just sitting under a heat lamp super dry and a subtle taste of the marinate like they sprayed the fragrance on it.
Chicken had no spice at all better than the beef but still a little dry.
Very disappointing for my first time.
Lastly I don’t know how an ORANGE could be dry but y’all managed that one. I am not sure how long food is just sitting for here but it definitely is not served fresh.

Ordered from their catering menu for my sons birthday party. Food was a hit! The chicken was so delicious and tender and the magic sauce was super yummy. I opted to do pick up and it was still hot when it arrived to the party. Ashlee at the counter was great!
