I put in an order online. I picked it up and brought it home. I opened it and the styrofoam container was melted to the chicken tenders and fries. I brought it back and was told it was good to eat and not a health hazard. My food wasn’t replaced nor was I refunded my money for the meal. Terrible experience. Overpriced as well. I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer

Service, quality, consistency and value, it’s all here! We ordered from Captin Hooks 4 times last week. tonight we ordered for the 5th time. The service is competent, friendly, professional and fast! The taste, quality, portions and flavor beats all the competition in (MANY) locations serving similar foods such as other hooks, pappy etc. Great menu, pleanty of choices for families & picky eaters. I highly reccomend a try!

It would be great if there was a drive thru option, but they do take orders in advance and you can order it for foot dash as well.

Definitely recommend this place for everyone. Went about 3 different times, had something different each time. Had the Catfish & Shrimp, had the Philly Steak & the Cod were all VERY GOOD. Service was good, great atmosphere. Will be returning happily.

I usually order the philly steak and cheese sandwich & coleslaw I’ve ordered the shrimp and fish in the past yet I’m hooked on those philly steak sandwiches, manager always cool & professional and when calling to request a order they give you the time it’ll be ready when I arrive it’s always ready & it hot ready to chow down. Highly recommended.
