The ladies in the morning, do a phenomenal job and are super on top of it! They do a great job at keeping a relationship with me and remembering me!!! The food is always fresh and I’ve never had any complaints and I go there almost every morning! There’s only one thing and it’s not even that big of a deal but it’s why I’m here! I don’t wanna be that guy but every time I get a drink it’s like filled to the top with ice! I get it. It’s probably faster to fill it to the top with ice, but I can never finish my meal with my drink. I feel like I take a couple of sips and it’s just a full cup of ice! Other than that, literally no complaints you guys are the best only wanted to mention it because I come every day:)

Disappointed with the chicken availability. Two days in a row I tried to order a a 3-piece dinner. Both times I was informed they were out of thighs.

Update: 02/08/2026
Came back for the third day in a row. This time I thought I finally got my 3-piece dinner. However, the computer AI that took my order in the drive-thru got it wrong. When I got home, I found out I was given a 3-piece TENDERS meal and NOT the 3-piece dinner (leg & two thighs) I ordered. I even asked the lady at the window to confirm I had a 3-piece dinner and she said “Yes.”. Three strikes and you’re OUT!

We went for a small get together with my parents and my dad wanted Bojangles. This location is close to their house. I’ll be honest the food was good, no issues there. We sat inside and there was no heat! There was one small electric heated inside.

Staff very rude to us. Fighting with each other while we were at the drive thru . We waited on food never got after waiting 20mins . We finally got our money back and left .

The stupid robot could not get my order correct. Finally after going back and forth with the robot, a real human assisted me.

However, I will not be going back soley due to the cheap robot drive thru.

We order the same thing every time we come here and there is something always wrong with the order. Our meal comes with a biscuit and we ordered 2 extra. When we got our meals we are missing our 2 extra biscuits and they gave us a boberry biscuit instead of a regular one. They just assumed that it would be ok to substitute without asking. When we went back in they said they were out of biscuits. If they were low on biscuits they should have put some in when they noticed they were low.

We live near this location and on occasion stop here. This location has significantly gone down hill within the past year. They seem to never be open. Breakfast seems to still be pretty busy. I don’t mind waiting for food by any means, but THIRTY minutes, if not longer, is absurd. We only ordered blueberry biscuits, 2 orders of biscuits and gravy, small bo rounds and a drink. The lady working the window was polite and tried her best. I have worked in the food industry for a long time and understand the lack of having employees and nowadays just simply having employees that have ANY work ethic whatsoever. There wasn’t anything that made me go out of the way to eat here to begin with, other than switching up my breakfast options. After this last visit I won’t be returning again.

I wanted to try their chicken sandwich out and their “bo sauce.” The sandwich comes on a brioche bun with fried chicken, mayo, pickles, and I added tomatoes and lettuce. It was tasty. I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken. Slight spice to it. The bo sauce is hard to pinpoint. It does have great flavor. To me, it has a dijon honey mustard flavor. It’s worth the try. I was the only one in line, with one person inside eating, and I did wait almost 15 minutes for two sandwiches.

Really disappointed in the lack of staff, the food took over 30 minutes to come out. The drive through robot was not helpful and couldn’t take my order accurately. I would recommend more staff and quicker service. You are operating an entire franchise store with 2-3 employees. I see why there were only two customers including myself willing to wait for their food. I won’t be coming back to this location needless to say.

This has become a great place for “Breakfast Roulette.” The new robot voice in the drive through is very irritating, and seldom correct. The people used to be great, but now as part timers they seldom care. I have known several of them for years, and now they are too busy to care. Cram something in a bag and pass it out the window. If you can’t afford a full time staff, please quit so someone else can serve food there.

Apparently this location just throws your food out if they think you’re not coming to get it??? BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I need my money back and something actually done about this. Now we have no food and are having to go to Wendy’s where they hopefully will have the common sense to NOT THROW OUT SOMEONE’S ORDER. It said the order would be ready at 9:18pm and we got there at just about 9:30pm, because we were DRIVING THERE. Seriously I need my money back and something for this absolute nonsense. 0/10 would not recommend this location based on this terrible experience.
