I was born in Honduras but adopted when I was less than a year old. I chatted with an Uber driver about my background and he instantly recommended this spot. I finally managed to get here this past weekend and I am so glad I did. We bought so many different things to try. It was my first time trying more authentic Honduran food. Everything was absolutely delicious. My Spanish speaking friend ordered everything for us. They were patient as we ordered our mountain of food. Very happy with everything!

Everything is over priced, the restaurant charges for every little things even ingredients that go with the dishes. Wicth is ridiculous. I ordered tajadas con pollo and dish hardly had cabbage, and it didn’t even include cortido morado. On top of that, they charge $3.00 for it, and it’s in a 2 oz container. Lastly, the chicken seemed reheated because it was dry, and it didn’t have any meat on the bone. Don’t waste your money here!

My husband was quietly enjoying coffee/food and working on his laptop during a slow period when the restaurant was nearly empty. Despite being a paying customer, the owner rudely and aggressively told him to leave because he was there for too long.
It was clear the issue wasn’t noise or space — just that he wasn’t spending “enough” money to justify being there. This kind of money-hungry attitude, especially toward solo diners, is disappointing and short-sighted.
There are plenty of other places that value customers, treat people with respect, and understand that hospitality is about more than just maximizing profit.
There was absolutely no reason for such unprofessional behavior. We always try to support local businesses, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

Love, Love the food, the only downside is that they change cooks every so often, and the food doesn’t taste quite as good. I really appreciate that they have one waitress, who is very attentive. I can’t remember her name at the moment but she deserves good remarks for our customer service. And making me keep patronizing the business, even after I was disappointed in receiving a bad meal. She’s a very good asset to this business. She probably knows who I’m speaking of. And that’s the only reason I’m giving the restaurant a four star, because it’s like up and down.You never know what the food is gonna be like on any random day. Don’t get me wrong. When the food is good. It’s good. And when it’s bad it’s bad.

Don’t get tacos, the meat is dry and cut in big chunks. They add lettuce! However, the tortilla is decent and they don’t have salsas or anything to add to the tacos…la chiquita used to be much better

03/17/2025- This was my first time coming to this place in the morning to get some Baleadas for breakfast. At the door, there’s a sign that says that every credit card is accepted. But what caught my attention is that there is a hand written paper taped to the wall mentioning that you must show ID if you want to use your credit card. I have shown one of the ladies my ID and my AMEX card. After preparing my order, she mentions to me that they do not accept AMEX, but it says as soon as you walk into the place at the door that they do. It is best to mention to customers or provide a message that they do not accept every credit card. I tried to my international bank debit card from Saudi Arabia, but since it was in Arabic she said they do not accept this either.
