Love the orange chicken. The restaurant on westnedge ave is spacious. Its quite nice. The one on Stadium is very small but always a table available. I highly recommend either one.

If I could… ZERO STARS! VERY POOR customer service. I had to call 4-5 times just to get someone to answer the phone. Once I finally got through a man picked up & could barely hear. As I spelled out the name of my street address he stated that he can spell. (Which has nothing to do with his hearing.) rushed me to place my order stating he doesn’t have all day! I then asked why was he being so pushy? He then told me to call back when I was ready. As I ask him to give me just one second (I have 5 ppl whom I’m placing an order for.) He didn’t give me anytime at all to get out my next word before he disconnected the line.

The old man is miserable and has no customer service skills. He was clearly annoyed with me. He rolled his eyes. I was doing a door dash and he rolled his eyes when I asked for sauce like the customer asked. There are many Chinese restaurants in Kalamazoo and portage. Better ones with better food and better service.

Once upon a time this was a great place! The guys attitude behind the counter towards the food and customer opinion said it all. I decided not to order at all. I’m glad I didn’t. My dad tried his food and told me to through it away. He used to go there all the time. Not even close to what it use to be!

Looks good but got sick afterwards this was not the first time I don’t go here anymore and I don’t recommend it I’ve had other people that told me they got sick afterwards too… I also have seen them dump food and floor waste in the parking lot I believe the little white truck on the property is where they keep the food something isn’t right here….
