This place looks like a dine-in location with booths but it really isn’t. No table service, no complimentary water glass. They don’t serve salads that’s on the menu. Maybe that’s OK but don’t be surprised that you order at the counter, get charged $2 for a bottle of water, and start thinking you should have ordered on their app for dine-in. At least I didn’t have to pay a tip!

So I had a get together with some of my friends. We ordered pizza, hour and a half goes past, no pizza. I’m diabetic and my friend has health issues so we need to eat when our sugar gets low. Call Pizza Hut, they never actually entered the order. So we RETELL them our entire order and we’re told we would get a refund. The order comes 40 minutes later, missing one of the main items and it’s been a few days later and still haven’t gotten a refund yet and have tried to call multiple times to talk to someone and get hung up on. Absolutely the worse experience me and my entire friend group have ever had.

After getting a pizza wrong on the order i went inside and they said it would be fixed in 7 mins. Okay cool, 20 mins later i get the pizza and get a warm pizza to eat but now have cold cheese sticks and pasta to go with it. I give them credit for trying to fix it but dont tell someone a time and then take almost 3x longer.

Called and ordered for a timed delivery and then waited 30 minutes longer for them to say sorry made a mistake and have it as carry out. Smh disappointed!

This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did the staff act as though we were wasting their time the sanitation practice was deplorable. All of our food was made by staff with no gloves, one of whom kept coughing all over the kitchen. The kid working the counter had his headphones on the entire time and acted like it was beneath him to help his customers. Will NEVER do business here again and have no problems letting my friends and family know not to waste money or time here.
