Reviews
I went home and filed a complaint through the company’s website. I was contacted the next morning through email asking for the pictures. I promptly replied with the pictures and thanked her for replying to my complaint. I still have not received a reply. Later that evening, I received a phone call from customer service regarding my voicemail from the night before. The representative asked for my email address so I could send her the pictures as well. She said the owner or someone from his team would be reaching out to me. Neither of these customer services reps apologized for anything.
I have waited a full week before posting anything about my experience, so Little Caesars would have a chance to address the issue. As each day went by without an apology for the severe risk they put my 11-month old child in, the madder I became. What kind of company doesn’t care about potentially harming an 11-month old? My wife had to research what the signs and symptoms would be for an infant ingesting mold so that she could continue monitoring him.
We still have not been contacted by anyone from the company since they asked for pictures.
