We got here right when it opened. The place is contemporary, decorated beautifully with light-medium tone wood, and gives you a relaxing vibe.
The service was good giving we were there right when they opened, menus came out, water, then ordered.
It was a bit early for me to eat as I tend to not eat until afternoon. I got the Combination Pho B1. The broth was clear foggy, done right, however not as flavorful nor fragrant as I could not taste some of the key spices, specifically star anise. I tend to like my pho a bit more rich in beef flavor, whereas this place was a little less so.

Went a little before 2:00 p.m. on a Monday and it was packed, I had to write my name down on the waitlist, wasn’t long before we were seated, three sizes for pho, I got the large, same size large as South sac but no extra large option, the bowl was packed full of noodles and a ton of meat, more than I think I’ve ever had in a dac biet combination, great flavors, meat was tasty, My mom got the shrimp and rice plate she said it was very good

Food: Fantatic
Pho Dac Biet: broth was flavorful, meat portions were very generous. One of the best bowels of Pho in Sacramento.
Grilled Spring rolls: spring rolls were also very generous in size and had flavorful meat portions. The peanut sauce was totally on point too.
Vietnamese Coffee: Coffee was dark and strong, I didnt taste much condensed milk.
Service: Servers take orders and bring meals pretty quick. They didnt really check in afterwards so if you needed something just go up to the register and ask.
Atmosphere: welcoming and a fun experience.
This place is a total find. It felt a bit out of place with the surrounding businesses but its one of the best quality noodle houses in Sac.

This Vietnamese restaurant is amazing! Their pho bo is incredibly delicious – rich broth, tender beef, and fresh herbs make it absolutely perfect. You can really taste the authenticity and care in every bowl. Definitely coming back!

It was my first time back here after some time, and we were craving some good, hearty food for lunch, so we decided to eat at Pho Ivy. The dining room was a bit busy, so we waited a few minutes for a booth to become available. We were warmly greeted by the staff, and given menus to place our order.
Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and very satisfying. I love the large portions for the price—definitely enough leftovers to take home. This place really hits the spot when you’re craving good Vietnamese food.

Finally, a truly authentic Vietnamese restaurant that doesn’t skimp on portions or quality! They serve very large portions here. It says a lot about their confidence when they provide a generous amount of meat and vegetables, especially in a world of “shrinkflation.” Thank you—I will definitely be back!

This might be our new favorite Pho restaurant in Elk Grove! Service was a tad slow, but it was because every seat was full of people! It was packed on a Tuesday night. My Wife had the flank steak pho, my son had the brisket pho, and my won ton soup was outstanding! The BBQ pork and broth was extremely flavorful. The spring rolls were the size of my arm and packed with great flavor. Super nice waitress gave us hot tea on the house because they forgot to bring it at the beginning. We will be back!

Food was good. Pho soup base could use a bit more seasoning, but overall, damn good food. Calamari was a m a z i n g. Big portions and delicious dipping sauce to accommodate. The jackfruit smoothie was fresh and refreshing. Thai tea tasted authentic and good.
Service was immediate with consistent check ins. Employees were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean with an aesthetic vibe. Good for families as well as friendly gatherings. This is definitely my go-to Pho restaurant from now on!

Staff is very friendly and fast! Food is delicious! I recommend the vegetable/vegetarian Pho with their spicy broth. I’m not vegetarian but I love tofu and this comes with it. Just add a few pumps of hoisin sauce and sriracha and it’s perfect. Their bbq pork spring rolls are very tasty as well 10/10
