I’ve never had a bad experience with this place. I wish the Firehouse that was closer to me hadn’t moved, but it’s worth the drive for a good sub every now and then. I usually use the app, and the food is always ready by the time I arrive. I haven’t experienced any issues with order accuracy or anything.

Food is great but what’s the point of having a customizable option, us customizing the sandwich how we want it, and the food maker just making it how it is on the menu and repeatedly ignoring the customizable instructions that were left on the order. This has happened more than five times within the last few months. Probably the entire year. Every now and then they will follow directions. Guess it depends on who’s working that day. I wanted pepper Jack cheese and not American cheese. It changes the taste of the sandwich. I also wanted two extra sauces that would change the entire flavor of the sandwich but since they didn’t add it. I’m stuck with a bland sandwich. For $14 I want my sandwich made right every single time.

I got the thanksgiving sub and fries.
The bread is soft and fresh, the stuffing and turkey taste amazing. The fries are a great new addition and taste amazing. I think I have a favorite new fry style.
The hero sauce can definitely come in a bigger sauce cup especially for the amount of fries they give you, regardless amazing job guys!! Also my order was done at the time it was supposed to be when I ordered online.

Review update ( a month later) today I still had a small pickle with my extra long sandwich. I got a large combo with chips and brownie.

I ordered a meatball sub and it was COVERED in mayo. Did I order mayo at all? No. I honestly couldn’t think of something more disgusting to put on a meatball sub. $17 for a sub and it’s completely inedible.

Came here for the first time with my girlfriend, a little bit skeptical since I don’t enjoy subs too much, but I was absolutely taken aback. The food looked delicious along presentation, I got a 12-inch Smokehouse Beef and Brisket Sub. It tasted just as good as it looked, and I finished half of it in under a minute 110% coming back, heavily recommend. My host was Chelsean, very kind and quick with my order.

Came home with my Philly cheesesteak sub. When I opened it up, it was still warm. Try to take it out of the box. The entire bottom of the bun was falling apart. Not sure what all the liquid was, but it made the sub so you couldn’t pick it up everything was nasty. You had to take everything off the sub and put it on new bread in order to eat it. The worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life wouldn’t recommend nobody ever buy this!

First they had order wrong. Had to go back 7 moles traffic called told the guy I got the wrong sandwich.could he have the right one ready meatball fully engulfed. This is the dryed up sandwich he forgot to give me the first time. Cold dry and terrible. Never again will I give you another try. I quit coming there bc of your quality.
