Absolutely attrocious service for DoorDashers. Every time I go I am waiting at least 20 minutes for them to put out my order. The drive through is always lined up to the road while employees are laughing and talking amongst one another while working. Also consistently screwed up orders.

The service was fast and friendly, and everything I ordered was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff seemed to really care about keeping things running smoothly. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to — would happily stop by again!

Normally very good service. Not sure what happened recently but wait times have been climbing. Short staffed. needed to change an order from drive through to in store and it “went through but isnt showing up”. 45 min wait time for a medium meal combo.

The snack wraps are out of rages 299 for a snack wrap. You don’t even get enough cheese ranch or anything on it. All you get is like two or three little pieces of cheese a little bear ranch and I just bought six of them. Speed of service is a major issue at this location. It can be summed up best by another customer waiting for a take out order: “We have a 30min lunch break, we can’t wait 10min for fast food.”
My order (QPC, fries and a soda) ordered in the app, for table service, took 14min. And when it was ready, they didn’t bring it to my table (table # entered with the order), they just yelled my name and left it on the counter.
Another customer using curbside service sat parked for so long they eventually came into the store to get their order. They had been waiting at least five min in their car and it still wasn’t even ready when they came in.
I don’t understand how a McDonald’s can be this slow. Staff don’t even have to take orders any more, which should be the most time consuming part. The customers do all that work for you. It is literally now just making food and bagging it.

Would be zero stars if I could this is the worst McDonald’s I have been in. It was only 3 people in the dinning room but every table was dirty the floor was filthy looks soda area was a mess bathrooms were disgusting looks like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a week. It took roughly 15 mins to get our food which the begal was burnt.
Then you got the manager setting at a table instead of cleaning the place up.
You can tell nobody there cares about their job.

Poor service, they often leave you waiting in the drive thru for 5+ minutes without taking your order, the someone else drives into the other drive thru lane, instantly gets their order taken, and then they finally take your order although you spent 5+ minutes waiting. This has happened more than once. To the manager: do better.

So annoying. Ordered a quarter pounder meal with no cheese on the burger and an extra quarter pounder, no meal. The person read it back to me and then proceeded to give me the meal burger with cheese on it and the separate one with only cheese and nothing else. $17 for garbage. I should know better by now. On top of that, the fries were old and the burger with only cheese was a salt bomb. It could not be eaten.
