What a fantastic dinner! First, the calamari appetizer was delicious. Two of us enjoyed the meat loaf (6 or 7 stars!). The fish and fritz were also top rated. On Wednesdays the wine was 1/2 off, and our bottle was excellent. Great staff, prompt service, I will be back next time I’m in town, guaranteed.

The salmon was delicious along with the broccoli and rice. The owner has also lowered the price on meals since COVID and Helene. This is a honest family who had to raise the prices because of those situations. But now they lowered prices and passed the savings to us.

We went to Ruby de Noche for the 1st time last evening and found the food, drinks and service delightful.
Edit: We have returned to Ruby de Noche a few times and have enjoyed our experience on each occasion. The food is delightful and creative and the cocktail menu offers unusual and fun beverages. The atmosphere is quirky and colorful adding a great ambience for date nights. Wonderful service and nice owner. Highly recommend!

Food was great we are locals and have been here before. However, the bartender was horrible. There were only 3 couples in the bar but for whatever reason she was consumed with one couple and totally forgot about the other 2 tables. Food can be great but when you feel like you are forgotten because your server is to busy talking to someone else not good!

took forever to be sat, when I was finally sat at the bar the bartender never took my order but rather engaged with another patron in a very unprofessional conversation about personal medical issues. Finally i was served my food and the brussels were burnt to ash. Overall would not go back maybe ever

Left us high and dry, had made a reservation 6 weeks prior over the phone .Evidently it wasn’t recorded ,Got there only condolence was 4 seats at the bar where we couldn’t have a decent conversation. Thank goodness there were other restaurants options available.

This place is so good! What a lovely addition to the village of Flat Rock. The food is delish, cocktails are creative, service is top-notch. We had the Dijon roasted carrots, Autumn salad, shrimp and grits and gumbo. All were amazing! I have lots of food allergies and they were super accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!
