This place is overrated. I got a chicken bowl with the beans and rice and salsa and cilantro sauce then I got sick, diarrhea . Your beans are undercooked! They were crunchy they shouldn’t be crunchy there should be soft. Also very overpriced! I paid $12! I could have bought a rotisserie chicken for 6 bucks!

I was very disappointed in this restaurant especially after reading all the glowing reviews. Several people said it was authentic Mexican food….NOT! It’s one of these new millennial fad places with no more than glorified Taco Bell food. Everything is served on disposable plastic even if you dine in. It’s like an old-time cafeteria where you get a tray and your point and tell the server what you want and how to fix it . the place was packed with the lunch crowd and extremely noisy. The food was adequate in the service was very good. The servers were very pleasant. If I had not been so hungry I would have walked out of this place as soon as I saw what it was, but I was too tired to go look for something else.

I’m really disappointed in Victors today, I was looking forward to their chilaquiles and to my surprise it did not have tortilla chips, when we looked at our order it was a few soggy tortilla strips. What made it worse is I called them to let them know I was really dissatisfied with my order, and that I felt they needed to do something to make it right. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything like that but maybe a discount for a future order since I’m a loyal customer and in my 5 years I have never once complained. The manager put me on hold and when she came back on the phone just told me she spoke with her cook and that he confirmed that’s how they make their chilaquiles and there was nothing she could do. Oh and she said next time if I order that all they could do Is a side of chips at no cost! I would not recommend anyone to order this breakfast item ever unless your looking for a wanna be Frito bowl.

2 out of the 3 girls who helped me were very rude. There was flies and a suggestion put the burritos in a box also so when your waiting for the other girl to put the toppings flies won’t land on the food or cover them with foil. Food is good would have gave 5 stars if service wasn’t so horrible

I had a very disappointing experience with Victor’s Mexican Grill. I placed an order through Toast and wasn’t able to pick it up.
When I called to explain and ask about a refund or remake the manager Blair was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I wasn’t demanding anything — just asking a fair question about an order I paid for but never received. Instead of being met with basic courtesy, I was spoken to with attitude and no willingness to help or even explain the policy. She stated she will lose out on money if she remade my order. I would appreciate a clear explanation of your policy regarding missed pickups since I could not find any policy online.
Customer service matters, especially when a business takes online orders. This kind of treatment makes me not want to return.
