Two stars at best. This place needs to think about their service and retrain everyone from the top down. Don’t think I’ll visit again as the alcohol was watered, and the staff mean.

Only leaving two stars because it could be great if it tried.

By the way, music is extremely loud and speakers aren’t tuned. May want to check that out.

This place is GREAT!
Don’t believe the 1-star reviews with no comments! Miss Kitty’s has an awesome atmosphere with fun line dance lessons, great live bands and a DJ that plays a good mix of music. Last night Jordan Beem had everyone out dancing and singing along! We started going here about a year ago and the regulars have always been so welcoming. There are three pool tables, and people are happy to share, which says a lot about the vibe. The DJ plays a great mix of music. Line dancing has changed a lot over the years, it isn’t just to country music anymore, and the regulars are quick to help newcomers learn and feel comfortable. The service has always been excellent, and the employees are truly awesome.
If you’re looking for a fun night out with good music, dancing, and great people, Miss Kitty’s is definitely worth checking out!

Came here with my wife just before dinner hours a few weeks back and… It was alright. It was fine. Food was fine, the server was genuine and fun, decor and music isn’t really my digs, but it fits the overall theme of the place. Maybe there was staff training going on in the back or something, but the place was pretty much completely dead (again, just before dinner rush so it makes sense).

would not recommend. Going to the applebee’s bar would be a more fun time. The response to honest reviews by the owner highlights how unprofessional they are. Instead of taking feedback and trying to improve the owner likes to create drama. Next time when responding to feedback, maybe write something along the lines of “im sorry to hear about your experience. Here at miss kittys we strive to deliver a fun and entertaining environment for all our guest. We will take any feedback and work to improve your next visit with us.”

Went on a Saturday. Got there at 9 pm. Was $5 for entry for dance party. Which was fine. They played country music for a little while and danced some until it changed to techno and other types of dance music. Not COUNTRY. It’s ok to switch it up but they stopped playing country completely. Plus kind of pricey. So don’t think we’ll be back. Was hardly anyone in there too. No menu to read either. Was asked to scan a invalid QR code. So had to have bartender just tell us quickly what they had and she was irritated the QR code didn’t work.

Food is irrelevant because they don’t serve food. The music & dancing is worth it. Fellow patrons were by far stellar. Service was good but the prices need to be cheaper.

Regardless, overall experience. 8 out of 10. First time ever here. Worth it.

I LOVE this place. It’s an amazing place to hang out on a week day or weekends. The staff is very personable and the regulars are also super nice. It’s a great place to hear the music you want because they take requests and if you’re looking to learn how to dance it’s a great place to do so!

I’ve been to this venue many times, and have enjoyed it every time! The atmosphere is lively, the events are fun, and the staff/owner are very nice and personable. The staff/owner do a lot for local charities, including Mental Health and Iowa Veterans, and go above and beyond to help the community. I can’t recommend this establishment enough!

My party of 6 all agreed, the music was way too loud. To the point we couldn’t have any type of conversation or even hear the lyrics being sung by the band. The drinks were way to expensive for how bad they tasted. My olives tasted so bad I spit them out into a cup. Worst mules I’ve ever drank. The trashy people there were a joke honestly. Was not worth the cover charge to get in because we did not stay long. Only positive is I got a free drink for my birthday. But I couldn’t finish it because it wad gross.
