Came into your store I had a survey I did online with codes the Caribou staff was very rude to me. It was in the morning about 725 on Thursday morning. The date was June 20, 2024. She was nasty and stated that I had the wrong Code so I asked for her name and the manager and she said I am the manager She refused to give me her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or anything, so I got my drink and went off to work and I’m gonna call Caribou corporate and report her Every time I go into this Lunds and Byerly, everybody is so nice I was in shock how rude she was. I purchased a large caramel latte no froth.
