This was my first time here and it was extremely pleasant. I ordered a banana pudding shake and a chicken club, both were delicious. The service was great, the guy was friendly and helpful : I wish I had gotten the employees name to add it to this review. Overall it was a good experience, I will definitely be returning.

Very disappointing, as a first time customer I would expect a helpful associate but that’s not what I got. Some older blonde lady couldn’t even bother to get the easiest order correct. I asked for a super easy sandwich, and still somehow it got messed up and I ended with literally just turkey. I’m not a complainer but honestly it was her bad snarky attitude that really ruined the whole experience. Way over priced for crappy sandwiches and crappier employees. Will not be back.

The food is really good, let’s get that out of the way. But the ording workflow is the least efficient, most stress inducing process. Your order is never entered or written down, so you end up repeating it about 10 times. Order at station one having to repeat the order several times, then maybe go to station three to pay, repeat your order again several times, then go to station two, tell them one at a time which are your sandwiches, only to be rushed through that process, and to have them assume you have a 1:1 sandwich to person ratio.
Oh, and you have 3 sandwiches and three soups, you’ll have to plead your case for a bag. You probably won’t get one.

I received an email and it was advertised on my app of a BOGO sandwich deal. Brought me in so I wouldn’t have to worry about dinner for my family. I got there, waited in line, just to be told the deal wasn’t being honored. I still gave in and bought two sandwiches at full price but it was false advertising. Disappointed. There needs so be transparency of deals so patrons are aware. It may sound dumb but it is hard to do simple things like this as a busy mom.
The chicken salad sandwich was too peppery by the way. And cuts of chicken were gummy. Won’t be getting that again.
The female cashier was kind otherwise despite this disappointing visit.

I really like the food and the employees. However, the person im assuming is the manager, is not very professional. I know running a restaurant is stressful, but almost everytime I come she is yelling about someone or something meanwhile customers are standing right infront of her awkwardly waiting to be served. Maybe venting about your workplace drama can be done in the backroom instead of infront of the customers?
