I don’t generally like to leave bad reviews, but this McDonald’s is frustratingly inconsistent. Every time I go, my order seems to get messed up. They’re always missing something or making a mistake. The customer service is great—they’re really nice—but I still get extremely frustrated, especially with this recent order.
I ordered three Big Breakfasts for me and my kids, planning to take them home because we weren’t feeling well and didn’t want to cook. When we got home and opened the bag, the pancakes were missing from the entire order. I’m confused because I used to work in fast food, and before we bagged anything, we always checked to make sure everything was included. I don’t understand why they’re packaging orders when they clearly know something is missing.
This is really irritating, and I’m not sure I’ll return to this McDonald’s—or McDonald’s in general. I’m extremely frustrated with how they consistently get orders wrong. They need to improve accuracy and pay more attention to fulfilling orders correctly.

I genuinely love McDonald’s, and that’s why this review is difficult to write. The Ronald McDonald House supported my family during a medical crisis, and I’ve always tried to give back in small ways by choosing to eat at McDonald’s and rounding up my order.
This location is closest to my home, and I was excited when it opened. Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences here — during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Orders are frequently incorrect. Special requests (like no onions) are often ignored. Items are forgotten. I’ve been asked to pull forward and then left waiting 15–20 minutes before having to go inside to ask about my order. I’ve also received smaller portions than ordered (for example, a McFlurry that was clearly not a regular size).
The inside has not always been clean, and employees often aren’t wearing name tags. When mistakes are brought up, the response can feel dismissive rather than solution-oriented.
I understand fast food is demanding work — I’ve worked in the industry myself — which is why I don’t complain lightly. But consistency, cleanliness, and basic customer service matter.
I truly hope this location improves, because I would love to continue supporting it.

Extremely bad! Terrible service, trash everywhere, and I waited over 30 minutes for “fast food” just to be given a burger with no meat. Truly pathetic.

Super hard to follow directions I guess. Forgot happy meal. Forgot juice in happy meal after I got it. No sauces. Asked for no pickles/onion. Got pickle/ onion.

They forgot the hotcakes in my Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Quarter Pounder with Cheese doesn’t come with cheese and has burnt buns.

This is my favorite McDonalds location, and has restored my faith in the franchise. All my orders have been correct, I rarely have to wait very long in the drive through to get them, and the workers are so friendly and positive. It feels just like McDonalds used to in the good old days. The food always tastes fresh and they don’t skimp on fries or toppings. I’ve eaten here like 10 times since the location opened and I’ve had a positive experience every single time, even when I ended up ordering 10 minutes before they closed. They are all so nice and happy here.

I hated that I had to order from a machine. I had to ask for help to figure out how to pay. The place is new and clean. The food was good. My granddaughter loved the playspace. It was innovative and fun

The night shift managers at this location need to be fired. Having 5 orders is not a “rush” I waited over a hour for 4 things. They prioritize drive through orders and will also forget 2 out of the 4 things you ordered after waiting for so long. The manager sat in the back on her phone during all this btw. If you’re truly in a rush… why are you playing on your phone? This location is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. The managers complains about being under staffed, IF YOU ARE UNDER STAFFED THEN WHY ARENT YOU HELPING THE OTHER EMPLOYEES?? A dad was in there waiting with his kids for over an hour as well, his poor kids were going up to him over and over saying they were hungry. The manager said the wait was because they were waiting on fries… do mcdonalds fries take over 50 minutes to make? Total incompetence from the managers, all these reviews agree as well. The other employees were nice (even though one got food as soon as he was leaving his shift and didn’t have to wait..)

Service is TERRIBLE!!! They didn’t have a phone number for awhile, but they claimed they were hiring (NOT TRUE) and they also have signs saying they are hiring….(still NOT TRUE) and the customer service is insanely shitty…they are rude and disrespectful and now that they have a phone number they hang up right away and are super rude and disrespectful when i simply asked a hiring question. the girl didn’t even say bye or anything she said “we’re not hiring” and hung up! isn’t that rude??? especially because they have signs SAYING THEY ARE HIRING! seems like a “franchise” who doesn’t have there shit in line. 0/10 don’t recommend. RUDEEEE customer service. And they are super slow, it STINKS in there, and no one wears hair nets or gloves or anything. and i seen some girl pick at her butt and go back to work. absolutely disgusting. i wish i could give 0 stars but unfortunately i cannot.
