I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My order was completely wrong I received something totally different from what I asked for.
What made the experience worse was how my grandpa was treated. He ordered in Spanish, and the employee taking the order a woman with dyed red hair (red or some sort of that color) was criticizing him for speaking Spanish and acted frustrated that she couldn’t understand him. Instead of being patient or trying to communicate respectfully, she made him feel uncomfortable.
That behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should feel judged or treated differently for speaking their language. I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service training.

Located at the Fullerton Crossroads. First time on this branch. The restaurant is so clean and the kitchen was well organized. I ordered the Carl’s El Diablo Burger with the triple patty. The manager Allysa was so great at taking the order with a big smile on her face. And it came in faaasssst! She even served it herself! Cheers to Allysa and her staff for giving me a pleasant experience in your restaurant.

Breakfast burritos served with cold eggs and poor quality tortillas. Order was missing a burrito and had to ask for the second one. Didn’t matter, had to throw both of them away because they were so terrible. I can’t believe how bad the quality has gotten at Carl’s Jr. The Karcher family would be so upset.

Like most of Carl’s Jr., this place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. My wife loves the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. We’ve been enjoying the food here for years. No complaints about the quality and quantity they serve. Our main concern is how high the prices are climbing.

There was a hair in my food. In-between the meat and cheese. Absolutely disgusting. I called and whoever answered the phone was rude. She asked what I expected out of the call. I would like there to not be hair in my food. I asked if they took tap pay and the girl at the window couldn’t answer the question.
