The drive through now requires you to see the menu through an app! The screen only shows you like 6 of the seasonal drinks Freaking ridiculous I couldn’t remember off the top of my head what food items they have, cause we don’t go out to eat often, and my phone was dead so no access to the menu. So stupid! The screen is there for a reason show me what you got!

How far have we come? I am blessed to have the privilege to spend money to purchase a coffee when I don’t have time to make my work breakfast.
Honestly, I don’t drink coffee often, but one day, I had a desire for coffee, so I stopped here.
I dislike hot coffee and don’t enjoy a cup that’s 45% ice, so I ordered an iced coffee and asked for “no ice.”
The lady who took my order was very kind. However, whomever was making my coffee was extremely and unnecessarily rude to me because I asked for no ice.
She correctly assumed that i wanted a full cup of coffee. This somehow offended her greatly as she snarks at me “jUsT sO YoU kNOw yOU ARe NOT geTTiNg eXtra creAMer Or MiLk.”
She goes on to say a has policy changed or something to that effect.
I understand some people try and game food services, so they pay less for more. But me simply requesting a full cup of coffee shouldn’t be treated with such disdain and disrespect, nor should it be taken as a customer trying to ‘game’ this system. I simply thanked her and stated I would not be purchasing the coffee in the most respectful way I could muster. But I decided I won’t be returning to any of these restaurants. Service and quality continually bullet train downhill, but the prices skyrocket.

They did give me an empty bag for hash browns. I ordered 4 but got 3. But, the staff was really nice and attentive. They donuts weren’t hard so overall, not bad.

Staff is typically very monotone and not really friendly. They go through the motions but you can tell no one wants to be there. I guess I’m kinda used to that type of service anymore. Food is mediocre at best. Sometimes cooked all the way through, sometimes not. I decided to write this review today because as I was in the car waiting to put in my order at the drive thru, I saw mice climbing from underneath their back door to outside and then entering cracks in the foundation at the other. It happened several times as I waited. Gross, but what else is new? *Sigh* Just thought someone out there may want to know…

Good coffee, breakfast sandwiches are good too! It’s convenient, quick drive up or inside service. Clean, fresh coffee and pastries, made fresh daily. Kid friendly, handicapped accessible entry. Fair prices.
