There no way of contacting this store via phone, and they always make mistakes with my order. Today I ordered a Hot Mint Tea and I received a Coffee. Never read the tag. And refund from doordash is only for drink, not to reorder items. Photos…no tea bags…coffee flavor

I’m honestly really hurt by what happened at this Dunkin’ (700 Philadelphia Rd Ste 101, Easton, PA) because I come here almost every day. I had been waiting for a while before I even asked for service. When I finally did, a male worker told me the drive-thru was “way more important” than me being inside. When I asked if he was serious, he laughed in my face and gave me attitude instead of helping me.
That’s not how you treat loyal customers. I’ve supported this location for so long, and to be treated like I don’t matter was really upsetting.
On top of that, the bathroom was disgusting. trash overflowing, toilet paper everywhere, and it had a sickening smell like pee had been sitting there for a while. I even took a picture so there’s no question about the condition.
I truly hope management sees this and makes changes, because I’ve always liked coming here… but after today, I don’t even know if I want to anymore.

I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times before work. They are the best Dunkin I’ve gone to. They are never too busy during the crazy rush hour times, and the staff are so kind. They have made my mornings so much better. The food and drinks are always great, too!

Well it’s been 8 years since my last review of this place. It’s open again so that’s a plus! That said things haven’t changed much. Lobby is open!! However, there is no working public restroom… It’s always out of order and they have now removed all trash cans from the lobby and outside. Most of the people working here that I’ve interacted with are nice, cordial and friendly, but very short with you. They put off the persona of being overly busy so that they don’t get caught up offering any more assistance and one or two, three-word sentences. But their open so that’s a plus!!! Definitely double check your orders before leaving.

Workers are very nice but do not pay attention to detail, everytime I come something is wrong. I ordered all my food today with no egg and got egg on everything , last time I came my donut was missing and the time before that my hash browns were burnt. It wasn’t even busy so I’m not sure why my order was even wrong.

I’m not typically a huge dunkin fan because i feel like I always get something different when I order the same thing, but this location actually does a great job at being consistent with drink flavors, and I always have a good experience. The bagels are actually made well and not burnt like other places. And the staff is always friendly

Staff was rude and took their sweet time with everything. I asked for a drink along with regular hash browns and loaded and snackin bacons. They didn’t mix my drink and the lady in the drive thru said “girl” because of my order. they didn’t put the rest of my order on my receipt and when i asked for them to add the rest of my order. They told me that they couldn’t right now even though there was a line behind me. Fix your staff and your attitude. Never coming back here again.

Worst Dunkin’ ever. Staff is rude, and they mess up every time I go here. I ordered a shamrock macchiato and got a white cream mess of a drink. They can’t make any type of speciality drink on the menu. The bagel I got was a hard hockey puck, literally made my gums bleed. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
