I’ve come here multiple times, have had the same experience. Seems like a bunch of a kids running a pretty known business. They don’t have the order ready when the order was placed 30 minutes ago. Been at the restaurant waiting for 30 as well. None of them pay any mind or keep anything professional. They all just seem confused and untrained. All I ordered was a meatball sub. And keep in mind this place is empty. So I wouldn’t call this busy on a Friday night. Just got my food and they forgot I was in there.

I ordered a Medium grilled chicken breast sub today at Firehouse Subs, 1303 N Main St, Fuquay-Varina, NC, and was thoroughly disappointed. The sub was disturbingly slimy, and the chicken was severely undercooked—an unacceptable lapse in food preparation. This shocking experience starkly contrasts with the quality I’ve come to expect from Firehouse. The meal was frankly inedible, and I am deeply dissatisfied. Regrettably, this will be my final visit. A truly disheartening experience from a place I once trusted.

Ordered delivery and the Uber driver had stops before mine and all my food was cold. The cup of Loaded Potato Soup was all broth and the crackers had more flavor than the soup French Dip was very salty and not worth $16.00 for an under portioned small sandwich! Asked for NO pickle and one was included and put in the same container as my sandwich. Made my sandwich have that nasty pickle taste! Terrible experience!! UPDATE: Jessica, guest services, I read your response and thanks for wasting my time and yours by just repeating my complaints without offering solutions. Obviously this location has no clue about customer satisfaction at any level. I won’t be back but will be sure to share this experience!

Yay. The Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich is here. Great sliced turkey breast, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo. It was warm and very good. A special treat among several other excellent items.

I don’t like to give five star ratings to places which are at exact copy of thousands of other locations, but the FV Firehouse Subs it’s just freaking amazing. I work nearby and go there regularly, and I have to say the staff working there are just awesome. As is usually the case, it’s the staff that allow one franchise location to stand out above the others, and they could write a master class here.
There’s sandwiches are always excellent, though I have not tried their other offerings. Having been to many other Firehouse subs locations, I can say that they’re portions are always appropriate at minimum, sometimes slightly greater than . And the dining area is always very clean.

It’s a sandwich shop. Not difficult, but not making sweet tea, which is in fact a staple of this part of the country, when you run out at 6:30 and you close at 9 is fairly unforgivable. The cashier touts the waste of making tea so late in the day, but we all know what’s in it, how little it takes to make it, and what would be lost if it went undrunk. More likely the staff just doesnt feel like putting in the effort. Most of the tables are dirty right now, too, and it was empty besides one customer and three employees when we got here, so hard to know the excuse on that one is. 4/14/24

Nice looking place, like the firehouse vibe. Unfortunately, the food & service do not match up – they failed to meet my expectations. Went in to get sub for dinner and ordered the large New York Steamer to go. Asked for half the sub to have NO MAYO. The description read USDA Choice Corned beef brisket and pastrami, melted provolone, deli mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing, order was Made quickly and we left. The sandwich description sounded good & I was looking forward to eating it! My husband was bragging about how good this shop is in Cleveland. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT WE GOT!! It did not look like the advertised photo at all. It was the slimiest, greasiest, gross sandwich. I didn’t even eat it, sadly. Apparently NO MAYO means EXTRA mayo at this location ….. The whole thing was slathered with so much mayo the outside of the bun was greasy and the sandwich slipped out of your hands. My husband suggested I wipe the mayo off my half, but there was just SO MUCH that would have been useless. We found no deli mustard or Italian dressing! Now, no one else was in there when we ordered, it was 5pm so not late or an odd time and there were 4 employees standing around …. So really no excuse for what we received….I really wanted to like it. Sadly, WALK ON BY, NOT WORTH IT. Overpriced at $13.99 on top of the sloppy assembly. I found something in my pantry for dinner instead. Big sad.
