Note to self: don’t ask for extra pickles.
Burger was so cold the cheese didn’t melt, or maybe it was the excessive (cuz that’s not extra) pickles that make the burger cold who knows. It was inedible.

The food is average but they have a playplace for kiddos, so that’s absolutely a draw. Unfortunately it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time but I can’t fault the staff as I suspect they are working hard enough for the wage they are receiving. But still, a cleaner play area would be pretty awesome!! They’ve got the biggest one in the area (that I’m aware of)

Simple straight forward, and for my pallet a million times better than McDees. The burgers are hot and fresh, loaded with veggies and sauce if you like. This particular location has a killer staff, you will not be inside for more than 20 seconds before being greeted and helped. Excellent service.

The restaurant’s side was nice and clean, and the play area was a little dark and dirty. 16yr service employee seemed to be maybe having a bad day, and it showed in her service. Also was ignored by everyone while waiting to ask for ketchup that was asked for initially. I was amazed by the size of the playground area. 3 levels and stretching the width of the building. My granddaughter didn’t care for it. I believe it may be due to how dark it was, but I don’t know for sure.

Burgers are great. Fries are ok. Really want to try the unadvertised fish and chips. 2 pollock fillets fries and malt vinegar for $6.50. The $1.75 cheeseburger add onion and mayo is good too. Beef not as juicy as wendys or as big. But its good.

Maybe some people have too high of expectation, but this place was a nice pit stop. Clean and large dining area and friendly service. My first time at a Carl’s Jr, but I enjoyed the burger and onion rings. Nothing crazy, but better than what you’ll get at a McDonald’s.

Last 3 orders couldn’t get right. There wasnt even meat on one of my burgers. Went here tonight and found the drive thru is now AI. Wordt ordering experience ever and added things I did not order. When I brought it up to the barely employable employees they couldnt even figure out how to take off the items I didnt order. Not even the manager could figure it out. Won’t be coming back, thats for sure.

Food was good, and the service was quick. However, the play area is absolutely filthy, which is sad because it is the best indoor play setup in town. My family and I do not feel comfortable eating or playing in the play area due to health concerns.

Every time we come to this Carl’s we are very happy. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the food is always good. I don’t think they’ve gotten my order wrong here not one time.
