We went there for lunch I ordered the ribeye steak cooked medium. (Which was $27) My friend got the tacos with beans. The first steak they brought out to me was so overcooked that it was over well done. Told the person who brought it that it had absolutely no pink in the middle and it was very tough. So they brought out the second steak and I swear to God they put it in the microwave. The outside ring of the ribeye was so tough you could not even eat it and the inside was not even medium it was raw. I’m not sure what they did to the steak but it was certainly not good. How do you make a RIBEYE steak that is at the same time so tough you can’t eat it and raw in the middle? So the manager gave me 50% off my meal but that meant I got an enchilada and some french fries for $15. Which was WELL beyond what it was worth. I will definitely not be returning. It was a Thursday at noon and the entire restaurant was empty except for someone sitting at the bar. If this business wants to survive they need to up their food quality because the food was horrible. My friend said the beans had so much chili powder in it she couldn’t eat it and the tacos were just greasy.

Not sure if it was because it was a Wednesday, seems there was only one guy working. So we had to practice patience, took a while to get served. But I tell you what, it was so worth it! The beer was super cold and the food was served fresh and it was amazing! Super happy I celebrated my 62nd birthday there! Will definitely return.

Fantastic service and wonderful food. Had the chicken mole enchiladas. The mole was delicious and really made the dish.
The chips and salsa were great. The salsa has flavor and slight heat, which was perfect. The seasoning on the chips was a nice touch.

I just discovered Tio Ben’s last week. Tonight is my third meal. T bone and fish are outstanding. They have a one man band on Fridays and Saturdays. Salsa has a great flavor. Give them a try!
