Just ordered a salad from the new Just Salad in Middletown NJ. I ordered the Classic Balsamic Chicken Avocado salad. Well I paid over $15 for 1 salad. The Avocado was basically not visible. There was barely any chicken. For $15 I would think that you should get a good portion of each ingredient. We will not be returning to this business. It’s a shame because it’s a new place and in a convenient location.

Our first time at Just Salad! Our daughter gave us a gift card because she loves it so much. We were skeptical but I have to say our expectations were not met they were far exceeded!
Clean, fresh food, REBECCA took our order & was so informative & even had the chef bring out fresh chicken for our orders! ( The Harissa is great btw).

My wife and I stop here a few times a week after going to the gym. The food is always on point. Very good, especially the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. However, I dont recommend going here on a Saturday. The weekend staff is very slow and doesn’t pay much attention to the customers. If you want to try this place, come during the week.

This place has good salads, but HORRENDOUS service. I’ve ordered here 3 times and the food takes 3x longer than it says it will. If it says ready in 25 minutes go in an hour and it might be ready. And when you go pick it up, no one even acknowledges you. So bake in another 5-10 minutes of standing there asking if your order is ready. I’ve never seen anything like it.

DO NOT order from here!! My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here and my salad had a BUG CRAWLING in my salad. My coworker that ordered the salads physically went to the store, and they refused to give a refund. They asked if we wanted a different order instead…why would we want more bug infested food that clearly is not washed?
She has since been going back and forth with corporate begging for a refund for 3 days, and still no refund. All 4 of us threw our salads in the garbage after seeing the bug in my salad, and they won’t even refund mine. They keep asking for proof (attached here) and offering a store credit. They are unsanitary and a disgustingly run business that does not care about their customers.

This is exactly the type of salad place we need in the neighborhood! Clean and fresh ingredients, delicious salads, great menu, and notably great service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, big smiles on their faces. Bryan was super helpful with all my special requests. Definitely go check them out!
