Ordered a normal hand tossed pizza and got a thin crust pizza. Super overpriced when I could get the same thing at dominos for half the price. Also pretty sure the delivery driver called me and when i said “hello?” They hung up. Didn’t even get a text or anything on the website saying that the pizza was delivered

I would give zero stars for service. I made an order for several different people and they took it amongst themselves. To stack the food in one box. When called they said they would deliver the correct thing. Two hours later they never did. So I went to the store this evening the kid argued with me and said small orders go in one box. So you mean to tell me if I order 2 small pizzas they will come in one box????! I spend way too much money for this foolishness. It will be my last though.

Everything in the salad bar looked old.
Especially the sliced tomatoes, they looked freezer burned.
The pizza had way too big of a crust for a small pizza. And it just did not taste right.
I threw half of it away. But the service was good. The servers were not responsible for the food.

The waitress made me feel like my family and I were in the way of her cleaning the salad bar. Very unfriendly. We arrived hour and half before closing. Never came back to our table after food was served to see if we needed anything or refills.

I love Pizza Hut, even argue it is the best pizza. Unfortunately, my experience today does not justify that. I ordered a large Stuffed Crust Meatlovers sub Canadian bacon for pepperoni and BBQ Boneless wings. When my order was delivered I recorded the correct pizza but not bbq wings. Instead I recorded buffalo wings. They also did not remember the ranch or the fork with the wings. When I called to find a solution I was given the run around: “no, your order says buffalo wings, there’s nothing I can do.” I told the young least that I didn’t order buffalo and wouldn’t ever order buffalo ( I have acid reflux and enjoy sleeping at night). She was adamant about not being able to resolve the issue. I pushed a bit more and she said she will find out who took the order and ask them. That person said buffalo. (At this point it doesn’t matter what was being said, I was frustrated) She then concluded there was not anything that could be done. I asked to speak with their store manager (whom I know), and then they scrambled to resolve the issue by conversing about it. They said they would remake the bbq wings and have them delivered, I also specifically requested a fork this time. 1.5 hours after I placed my original order (which arrived in 20 min) I still have not received the remake. (Edit:Still did not receive by end of business).The conversation on the phone also was very curt on their end and yes, they are young, but I would conclude that that is not pizza huts policy on how to handle customer issues. Sad to say, but I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered pizza for takeout. The food was good. The customer service was awful. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. No greeting, no eye contact, no saying you’re welcome when they were told thank you. Asked for paper plates, and it was as if I asked for too much. I won’t go back again. I can see why everyone is out pizza-ing the hut.
