I’ve studied at this Starbucks multiple times and usually have a good experience. I visited on February 19th around 7:15 AM. Unfortunately, this visit felt different. After I selected “no tip,” the young lady with glasses seemed to have an attitude, and it felt like my drinks were handed to me abruptly.
I also politely asked for an additional straw, and the shift in demeanor was noticeable. The response felt uncomfortable …similar to the kind of reaction you sometimes get at fast-food places when asking for extra sauce. It didn’t feel welcoming.
I want to extend grace because we never know what someone may be dealing with, and I understand mornings can be busy and fast paced. However, hospitality and patience truly shape the customer experience. I hope future visits reflect the warm atmosphere I’ve experienced here before.

This location was very well kept and the staff was amazing. Silvestre was very friendly and helpful in my order placing and gave great recommendations. He made my drink perfectly and was the best barista I have ever had, I will definitely be back again!

Always a great experience at this Starbucks. The service is consistently excellent, and the drinks are always on point. Wait times are usually very reasonable, with the only longer lines happening during the morning rush—which is to be expected. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable stop.

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning before work to grab a cup of coffee. The barista’s are always so friendly and kind early in the morning. My coffee is always perfect and today whoever drew this adorable cat/tiger truly made my day! Not to mention, that the coffee itself was made to perfection. I wish I knew who made it so I could tip them, but the service is always fast and they have never messed up my order.

This Starbucks consistently provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I’d like to recognize Diego in particular — he’s incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He’s bilingual and always takes the time to help customers with their needs, including those with limited English. His professionalism and positive attitude truly make a difference.

I ordered an iced coffee today because they had a coupon for a free tall iced coffee and the presentation was beautiful and just how I ordered, but the taste of the iced coffee was extremely watery. I didn’t finish the drink after I took the first few sips to try it, highly disappointed, but at least it was free. I’ve worked at Starbucks so I know how the iced coffee taste. Someone had to have made a bad batch Because it tasted like straight water I could barely taste the creamer. The whipped cream tasted very good.

I come to this Starbucks every once in a while and every time I visit it is always such a nice experience. The baristas always greet me when I enter and are always very nice and friendly. They are super fast and efficient. My drink always taste great every time I order!
