It has been about three years since I’ve been to a Taco Bell and it was a surprise to see certain changes. The one is the Kiosk ordering system.
I personally don’t think it is necessary but I’m sure when it gets busy it might help a little.
This particular location has a nice small dining area and was very clean.
The food was still as good as it ever has been.

I started liking Taco Bell but I’m new customer this is my 1st time doing surveys because the two time trying this restaurant is and horrible experience but today cross the limit without no customer service at all, accuracy because charge one more extra taco instead of changing for soft to getting worse the food quality was bad and I tested from the one in palmetto and they give better quality and service incredible the area you think can have worse is best. Since I arrived I was trying to ask for a taco price without combo because I know they have to hurry up and two people answered is at the menu you can see it there without even let me finish the question then I was confused because I don’t know the menu and they tried to pressure when I was trying to find the information. When I arrived to window service was like I was homeless and I was asking for free food. They give me the bag and I started looking and honestly take my time because due to service and I wasn’t sure I need to check and the lady preparing the food screamed from inside that I have to move from the window. Honestly I answered I’m going to move when I finish and also want my receipt to report this service because when I paid they didn’t give me my receipt also both people when taking the order was interrupting each other and make my order harder this location look clean and nice but service is the worse I get in my 43 years of life.

It’s sad how low the bar is for fast food in this area. The last two orders here have been very WET. When l’ve gotten home the exteriors of the taco wrappers are wet and greasy/sticky. Also, this time they failed to leave off an ingredient that I have extreme food sensitivities to. I realized it halfway thru eating it—so where do I send the bill to if I end up needing medical attention?

The person who took our order was extremely rude to the point we just left without our food. She yelled at us because we misunderstood her when she said regular or supreme, and she said she could not make our meal without cheese (Plenty of taco bells plenty of times have made it for us without cheese she just didn’t want to)

”The management at this location has created a cowardly system to avoid accountability for their own rudeness. The manager takes orders over the intercom with a blatant, aggressive attitude, but then hides in the back during the actual face-to-face interaction.
Instead of facing the customers she was just disrespectful to, she forces a polite young employee at the window to take the brunt of the frustration she caused. It is unprofessional for a leader to use their staff as a shield for their own toxic behavior. If you can’t handle basic customer interaction with decency, you shouldn’t be in management.”

They open at 9:00 am, we arrived at 9:05. The door was open but no employees were visible. We waited five minutes and never saw an employee, so we left. This is our neighborhood Taco Bell and have always had good service in the past.
