Teenage girls were working the front of house. They were unprofessional when taking my order in the drive thru laughing over the intercom. They placed my order wrong so I had to go inside. It was not busy at all. One of them blatantly stood at the front texting on her phone. There was no manager on duty. Horrible customer service

The people working here act like they hate each other and their job. 26 dollars for 8 pieces of non seasoned chicken, burnt Mac and cheese, which looked like it was dumped from another container into ours, and 4 biscuits is a major rip off!!! Never will I ever tell anyone Church’s is good, I will make sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else. They didn’t even put honey and butter in the bag. Like come on. Where is the customer service here?! Be better. If you like eating trash. Eat here.

Wasn’t busy but food tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. My chicken tasted rubbery and undercooked and my fries were cold as soon as I pulled off. I eat churches often and I wasn’t happy at all with the type of meal I received.

Best fried chicken of any fast food chain. Sides I tried were fried okra and jalapeno cheese bombers. Everything was great.
Took 1 star off because the employee did not add any ketchup or napkins to the to go package. Food is amazing and deserves full 5 stars.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this Church’s location. I received refried chicken and it was all hard and did not have a good taste. I had to wait for fries and they did not say it was a wait before hand. Even, the honey butter biscuit is hard. Just drive on to other chicken places.
