I’m going to start with the best part of the experience – the crunchy taco!
I had to try a taco to see how good it was. It was one of the best restaurant tacos I have eaten. Definitely better than Taco Bell.
I’m now wishing they had burritos and not only tacos. The burger was fine, but I’m wishing I had more tacos.
The service was fine, the cashier was polite.
Now the downside. There was a haze of smoke in the restaurant, I’m assuming the exhaust is not working properly?
The other problem was they were out of ice. They said the ice machine is broken, I’m not sure how long that has been the case, but a national fast food chain should not be without ice. I would suggest going to buy ice while the machine is broken.
Keep up the great work on the tacos!

Best experience in the industry we have had in years. Store was spotless inside and out. Deals were a true value. All drinks were delicious and hot or cold as they should have been. Food was fresh and fast. Service was beyond compare. Must have top notch management here along with a staff capable of doing what seems like the impossible any more (a n over the top guest experience) I have worked in the food industry from bottom to top for several years in my life and these people rocked it. Great work to them all and may the Good Lord richly bless them all beyond their wildest dreams. They all were so refreshing. Makes me want to manage again but only with them or a like minded staff.

I’m in a great mood so the review might be a little biased, HOWEVER. I bought three chicken tenders via the app, went to the drive thru, and I got these things piping hot. My fingers hurt from holding the first one. Not only were they fresher than JNCO jeans (yes I’m old) but the chicken was juicy and tender. Food was so fresh I’ll go to this HD again next time I’m in town.
Also, the girl wo-manning the DT window was polite, prompt, and professional. Five stars.

I always go first thing in the morning before work. Paige is always working the drive thru and she is the nicest and sweetest person. If it took a little longer to get food out, she is apologetic and tries to make it right. She makes sure the food she is serving is hot and fresh. And above all else, she just has a really pleasant attitude. She’s what good service looks like.

Bring my 2 daughters here twice a week for breakfast. Place is always super clean. Music playing. Big smiles and very polite from the staff. Abd the food is always fantastic and fresh. Lived in this small town my entire life and hope it never leaves and the Christmas decorations are better then anywhere around! Thank you Hardee’s and crew!!! Me and my family stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast. Knowing all the backlash this establishment has received over the past couple of years we tired to make our order simple; Three bacon breakfast platers with three orange juices. We were first met at the window by a lady with brown hair and the worst attitude I’ve seen from fast food in a long time. She insisted that we had add ons when we didn’t. She then asked up to pull up rudely. At this point we were ready to just leave but I had already paid. When we finally got our food they gave us 3 orange juices, a sweet tea, two sausage platers, and one bacon plater. I’ll vote for a democrat before I ever return to this place. Please pick better people to hire. Following directions is a simple task. I would give a lower rating if it allowed.

I tried the chicken tenders today for the first time and they were absolutely delicious. Staff was nice as always. Never had a bad experience here. But these tenders were fresh and juicy and I appreciated it. Plus the honey mustard here is awesome!

Despite what people say the employees are wonderful and super friendly they have been working hard and have been very nice with getting us. Everything we needed for our meal condiment wise also very clean and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The food has always been great every time I’ve been here editing my reviews since I don’t know how to post another one. I just wanted to say how every time I’ve gone in here. I’ve always been treated with respect and the food is always amazing Haylee Taylor, grandma Kristen and Paige have always been super nice and Paige makes the literal best sweet tea. I’ve had anywhere around here no joke. My food has always been hot and fresh and anytime there’s ever been an issue. They always correct it I strongly recommend this place and the decorations are so pretty. It’s nice to see people that care and I love the festive decor. The tables are always clean. The bathroom is always in great shape and always clean every single time I have been in here I will never not come to this location. I love it with all my heart, and everybody else should too.

This is a terrific location! The food is hot and fresh, the restaurant (what we saw of it from the drive through) is clean and well maintained, and the young lady who took our order and Jahari at the window were both very helpful and friendly. Service was very quick as well. Definitely will come back here!
