I went to IHOP for National Pancake Day, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations. Even though it was packed (which is expected on Pancake Day), the staff handled everything incredibly well. The hostess greeted us right away, gave us an accurate wait time, and kept the line moving smoothly. You could tell the team was prepared for the rush.
Once we were seated, our server was friendly, upbeat, and surprisingly attentive despite how busy it was. Drinks came out quickly, and our pancakes didn’t take long at all. Everything arrived hot and fresh, which impressed me considering how many orders they were handling.
The pancakes were perfect — fluffy, golden brown, and soft in the middle with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The butter melted perfectly on top, and the syrup was warm, which made a huge difference. I also appreciated that they didn’t skimp on portions. The texture was light but filling, and you could taste that they were made fresh.
The restaurant itself was clean and organized, even during the rush. Staff members were constantly wiping tables, refilling drinks, and checking on guests. The energy in the restaurant was fun and positive — families, friends, and everyone celebrating together made it feel like an event rather than just a meal.
Overall, IHOP absolutely delivered on Pancake Day. Great service, delicious food, and a well-managed crowd. I’ll definitely be coming back again — not just on Pancake Day, but anytime I’m craving pancakes.

IHOP is okay, they need to work on their service more, plus their bathrooms were one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been inside of. When I first got my drink, I saw that there was a bug inside! It was so gross it didn’t even taste like Mountain Dew. I didn’t even think that I was going to order any food, but I did anyway. The result… It was fine, nothing special. It’s just okay. The waiter would also leave so fast we couldn’t ask for anything like the check. 2 stars.

We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us to sit us at one of the many empty tables. They sat us at one that was full of trash which we cleaned up and pushed to the side hoping our server would clean it up for us. We will never know a server never acknowledged us even though several walked past many times after 10-15 more minutes we decided to leave. It was quite disappointing since we usually have a good experience and tip very well even more during the holidays.

I have visited this location several times and never had this experience before. I made an online order yesterday (Christmas Day). When I walked up to the take out counter. No one asked me for my name for at least 30 mins. They continued to seat people upon their arrival. But never bothered to help me. I’m a customer who never complains about anything but the way I was treated yesterday was unacceptable. A lady even asked the worker to help us at the take out counter before she gets seated. The waiter response was “ohh they are just take out”. She finally comes over and asked me my name and hands me my food that was sitting there the whole time I was waiting to be helped. I understand that they were short staffed due to the holiday but to wait over 30 mins to be helped with your take out order is unacceptable.

This location finally opened up, and I decided to check them out on my lunch break (December 8, 2022). I got the pancake combo, which was two pancakes of your choice, eggs, bacon/sausage, and hash browns. It came out to be around $12 and some change. I asked the girl “Would it be about 15 minutes?” She replies “No, probably around 10 minutes actually since it doesn’t take long to cook.” I’m thinking “Okay great!”, well 25 minutes later I get my food lol. The eggs were good, pancakes were okay, the hash browns were essentially hard, the bacon was kinda fatty but also crunchy, so idk what the chef was doing in the back lol. On the other hand though, the staff was very friendly, the inside looks nice, and has a bunch of seating. I’ll try this place one last time, but if it’s not hittin’, I won’t be back lol.

This was a solid IHOP experience. We were quickly seated and had a friendly server who took our order right away. My food was good, but my wife’s cubed home fries were over seasoned. I like that they brought out a little insulated carafe of coffee so I could refill my own cup. It was really warm and humid in the restaurant. When I mentioned it to the server, she said that she had just set the A/C temperature lower, as the owners or other workers liked to keep it warm in there.
