By far the worst food I’ve received from a mazzios. Other locations have always been good but over the last couple years of going to the Glenpool location it has gone downhill quick. After paying $58 for food I’d expect to receive much better quality but this is inexcusable.

I ordered several items 1/2and 1/2 pizza well done, unfortunately not so much. I ordered the loaded cheese sticks, under done. Two 0rders of boneless chicken wings, mild buffalo, and garlic parm, extra sauces. I asked if the sauces were in there, I was assured yes, well not so much. I also got a salad bar to go while I was waiting on my order to be completed. Brown wilted lettuce, wilted spinach, I did my best to pick out something edible out of the lettuce. Extremely disappointed over all. With prices where they are, over $70 definitely way more cost over value. Sorry wish it had been better

Easily the worst mazzios in the Tulsa surrounding area. Been over a year thought I’d try it again for lunch buffet. Get there 11:10 pizza us already dry and nasty. I sit there obviously waiting for any fresh for exactly 30 min. Walk up ask if any pizza’s are in the oven for buffett. They say no! Im at burger king paying for lunch #2!

This doesn’t even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. Great, however when it arrived it wasn’t our complete order (missing the salad & the family size ranch), everything was ice cold and the hot ham & cheese that we ordered was more like bread with a tiny bit of ham and a tiny bit of cheese and zero dressing. I called the call center back and explained my dissatisfaction. They asked if I wanted the order redelivered to which I said yes BUT I need it here fast due to the fact that we had to leave by 1pm for our sons football game, it was around 12 at the time. She said it they would get it to us as soon as possible. At 1pm our food was still not delivered so I called the call center for a 3rd time and asked for a manager. As I was on the phone with the manager, our food arrived and was still incorrect. They sent the wrong salad. I told the manager that I wanted a refund and I was told that they couldn’t do that and I would have to call corporate. I said fine, please give me their number and I will call. The kid “manager”, Tyler said he didn’t have corporates number to which I replied, “you’re a manager and you don’t have corporates number?!?”. Tyler proceeded to tell me that he was just “one of the managers, not the GM” so I asked to talk to the GM. Tyler says that the GM isn’t there but then quickly retracted and again she was there but she was “busy in her office doing paperwork”. I said I would like to speak with her so he set the phone down on the counter (not on hold so I could hear EVERYTHING going on at the counter). I was placed like this for 30 minutes until I finally hung up due to the fact that we had arrive at my sons football game. Fast forward a couple days and my husband saw a post on social media by Tyler promoting Mazzio’s Saturday Buffet. He made a comment on said post. See attached pics of this conversation. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! This “manager” should NOT have a manager title and maybe shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all. I am so disappointed because Mazzio’s used to be a family favorite.

Stopped here a week ago and had the lunch buffet. When paying, was told they had just been hit hard and more pizzas were coming out. Ok, good. Salad bar was 1/2 full, popular stuff was empty, no ranch, no cheese, lettuce was browning. Toppings mixed where people had dropped them serving themselves. Nothing was fresh, looked like it was all from the day before or older. The pizzas that were coming out, 1 pepperoni. They never put out anything else. when the people in the restaurant emptied that pepperoni, another pepperoni pizza came out. No options, no variety, no cheese sticks. There was about half a tray of old, nasty looking cinnamon sticks. The kitchen looks filthy from the front, I can imagine what the back looks like. We won’t be returning. There are too many options for pizza to waste money on crap like this.

Popped in here for a quick bite before Saturday exploring. Pizza was very good as well as the salad bar. Clean restaurant, friendly service. Nice little spot for a children’s pizza party.

We ordered delivery tonight. It came surprisingly quick and was fresh and hot. I had fully loaded cheese dippers and hubby had ham and cheddar. Very delicious!

The store can get pretty busy at times, but staff members are always hospitable to people waiting in the lounge. My favorite menu item is the Cinnaboli and they make it very well
