The last time I went I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and a medium order of regular tater tots, that took an hour an eight minutes before I got my order. I love there grape nerds slushy and I enjoy some of there food but I refuse to purchase anything from any Sonic for myself. I ordered the last one for my mom. I used to visit one 5 days a week for years back when I went to school. My last exsperience ordering anything from place was so bad that they owed me $10 in change and they never came back out, so we just left. I have only experienced the drive thru once with only one car in front of me and 60 minutes later I still had no food. This was at a location in Knoxville I’m not familiar with right before 9 pm. I’ll never forget it. I’m promise you I’m not embellishing any of this nor am I trying to convince anyone to boycott this place. I’ve never in my life given any place this many opportunities to continue getting my business. I don’t care much for any of there milk shakes nor their version of Mcflurries. The last shake I got was the most expensive one they make and I couldn’t drink it at all. At least I ordered it in a small. The food was always good to eat but never came out the way we ordered it. My route 44 ounce grape slushy with nerds candy added in never had any nerds candy in it. Only one time did it actually contain any candy, so I had to start ordering it with double the candy, and everyone of them had the nerds candy inside. I do apologize for this being so long and jumping back and forth. I just needed to say my peace and be done with it. If you go eat here make sure you use the app and you get a discount off drinks and maybe more. I never used it but they always are advertising signs posted up around the store. Please remember to be kind to one another!

Best Sonic we’ve ever been to.
Love the freshness of the building design and the patio wating area… super cute touch to have the fake grass under the picnic benches and umbrellas.
Food was hot, accurate, and tasty. Our waitress, Katelyn, was friendly and helpful with our refills.
Bathroom was decent, but lacking a good way to dry your hands. ♀️
Would definitely stop here again.

This is a wonderful, new location. Does take time thru drive at certain times of day (even with 2 ordering lane one is only open, maybe short staffed). Decent prices and always fresh/hot food. The staff always seem nice and polite. I would recommend this location!

Asked for onion rings only got a few.
Asked for chili cheese tots and got fries.
And most of the time, when I ask for no onions, no mayo and extra pickles, I get mayo and onions and no pickles at all.
They are always out of ketchup.
The people that work here can sometimes be rude.
They have been open long enough to get their act together.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest you drive to any other one, regardless of the distance.

Please teach Employees how to operate drive-thru. Sat in one side forever while the far side kept getting their order taken and never switched to my side. Also, had extra charges on card more than once bc apple pay doesn’t clear out timely so it double charges from previous car. Do better.

Considering you eat in your car or come through a drive through here… I’m so sorry. I interrupted your work to wait on me. Go back to wanting to get paid to do nothing very rude. Went through the drive through ended up getting the wrong size blast. We didn’t realize until we got home called back and they told us they only charged us for two smalls. Well if two smalls is 13 dollars sonic your overcharging. Didn’t give me a receipt either so guess im just out the money thanks

Very disappointed, had to press the call button multiple times over missing items, they brought the missing item an ocean water rt44 and a “pulled pork cheese burger” WITH NO PULLED PORK! What I was presented with is a cheese burger with pickles and BBQ sauce and essence of pork.

I’ve gone several times to this Sonic and I’m a pretty patient person. Food is usually wrong. I don’t throw a fit. I just take it back to get what I ordered. Tonight, I got a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The sticks were so old they were as hard as cardboard. Oh and the sandwich had a big long hair in it. That I BIT INTO. Photo posted. Will not be going back to a Sonic ever. Definitely no fast food for a good while. Thoroughly check your food before you eat. And I mean thoroughly.
